Probably fruity limiter (I use it as a clipper & saturator), ozone 9 standard, waves h delay, api 2500 and h comp, fruity parametric EQ2 and fruity reverb 2
I’ve been meaning to get Trackspacer for a long time now. However, I do have Izotope Neutron advanced. I don’t even use the Trackspacer- like features in it.
Wow! I would like a tutorial of nice vocals effects like the one you did on the minute 4:40. Thats was awesome! I would like to know how you did that! Pls!
I don't know if that's the case but "Manipulator by Infected Mushroom" does the job slicing the audio in every imaginable way. OOOOR some kind of time automation that I don't know how :)
The R2R crack of soothe is much, much lighter on CPU. I paid for it still, but I do actually use the DRM free version. Spiff too if anyone wants a very similar transient shaper that's awesome.
What does Soothe do that's more special than compressing an EQ range? I use a free plugin called TDR Nova (which I love to bits) for the latter and it seems to be doing the same function (taming annoying frequencies when they go overboard), unless I'm missing something.
TDR Nova is just a dynamic EQ. Soothe is similar, but on steroids and waaay less work. The idea is to cut your workflow down. You are indeed missing something.
@@JTguitarlessons I guessed so, but I guess my question can be rephrased as "why does everyone seem to love it so much and why is it worth over 200 when it seems a free plugin can do about the same thing without that much effort"
@@theliberation9061 because your free plugins don't do the same thing the same way. Soothe2 works better than literally everything else, and believe me, I tried to find a free version which actually worked.
What are some plugins you can't live without?
Mjuc, Echoboy, Sonimus Burnley 73
One plug-in that I use on every mix and master is Oxford Inflator. It’s just the best harmonic enhancer for that perceived loudness!
Probably fruity limiter (I use it as a clipper & saturator), ozone 9 standard, waves h delay, api 2500 and h comp, fruity parametric EQ2 and fruity reverb 2
Magic Death Eye - I use it purely for the analog/valve sound - not compressing at all on the meter
Fabfilter Pro-Q³
Seventh Heaven reverb (cheap version)
Softube Analog Saturation Processor

What a cool song in this video! Where can we listen to the final version? ...or better yet, is there a walk thru (making of) video of the song?
Perfect maestro jake
I always always always use Ozone Limiter and CLA 2A in mastering and Ozone Compressor, Neutron, and Waves SSL E channel strip on my mix bus
Ozone definitely is a good one
Do you have a video about how you set up your own voice chain in logic.
Why would you use trackspacer when you have soothe? It can do the same thing but better
Thiiiiisssss

How do you control how low the JST cuts into the wave form?
shoutout from Brazil
Thank you bro
what is the alternative of soothe 2 ??
Is there any reason to use the loud max limiter over a stock limiter like the one in ableton?
Trackspacer looks like something I should get im always trying to automate that
Track spacer is phenomenal.
I always used a full on dynamic EQ for years. A friend of mine recommended it and I grabbed it on sale. It saves so much time, and so simple to use...
Love from tamilnadu
Man why don't you answer us about this awesome song? We need to listen to it.
OTT ^^

Thanks for letting us know. R2R stuff is way less hardware intensitive for a lot of things for some reason.
Wow soothe...
What is this song? Its got such a great groove, I need to hear the full thing!
