At the table, 14:25 The man calls him 'green', pulls a knife, the direwolf lunges across the table and bites his hand taking some fingers. Robb says how pulling a knife on your liege lord is basically treason and unforgivable. You must've pulled the knife to cut my meat for me. That's when the man says "your meat is mighty tough" and they all laugh it off. That's why it's sometimes good to have subtitles because small things said make other things make no sense when you hear it in the show if you missed the original dialogue that sets the stage. Dialogue in this show is more important to catch than any other show I've ever seen. There are more plot twists, character development and "world building" by telling you important history that drives future actions... That missing a lot of this info will make you shrug your shoulders not understanding later events.
