Alright. Talking about Michigan. I’d say one of the better things about him aside from the bombastic personality is how the “nasty drill sergeant” persona masks an unusually decent person. MTs are the kind of enemies that players blast apart by the dozens regularly, and here you have someone who knows them all by their first names. On top of that, he’s quick to forgive basically any transgression against the Redguns to the point that he doesn’t hesitate to say positive things about 621 and Iguazu no matter what path you take to get to this mission. It’s no surprise why he earned some actual devotion from his subordinates.
100%... It's a shame that things turned out the way they did... 621 couldn't help but respect Michigan in the end. Technically, 621 didn't kill him...he died of a mean fall.
I wonder what Raven would say about him if he wasn’t the one to kill him in an ATL? I guess we’ll find out, but I’m getting ahead of myself we still have THIS job to finish first.
And man, Michigan may be as well the only one I consider a friend (besides Rusty). He fought tooth and nails even though it didn't matter in the end. In my eyes, the Redguns (yes, even Iguazu) earned my respect, and it was sad to see the end of them.
@@vanthanhphan5901 He really was one of the best people on Rubicon. Forgiveness, even to your enemies, is an admirable trait. The Redguns / Balam really deserved a better end.
It's possible he did, but he was left with no choice. If he allowed Rusty to destroy Balam, then Arquebus would be seen as the victor. 621 felt it would be better if he did it, not as an act of betrayal, but in his own way, mercy. I was really thinking of John Wick 3 when I was making this. Winston would rather die at the hands of a friend than an enemy.

@@albernard8751 True... 😂
Interesting touch with punching virtual Freud to death.

Michigan always be a true Chad in our heart
o7 In some parallel universe, I like to think 621 joined the Redguns, and everything worked out...
And so, from a nobody arrived on Rubicon 3 to the top-ranked mercenary, 621 officially earned the title 'Ace of Aces.' Good on you, sir!
Heh, thanks! 😁

Surprised 621 didn’t at least look at the request from the RLF, it would’ve been real tempting.
