Printed on my Wanhao D5S in P.L.A filament and increased the size by 650% about 20 inches tall. The file printed really well and the level of detail was amazing. I then used Vallejo model paints for the first time to paint the model and was very impressed by the quality and variety of colours.

It's absolutely spectacular!
You can get inkjet and lazer printable decal paper on ebay for about £1 for an a4 sheet, you could make loads of water slide-able decals with a clear background. They stick to jut about anything, even wood and glass.

Not sure if you have a dual extruder on your printer, but if you do, matterhacker has a dissolvable filament. Can use that as the support material, and it'll dissolve in water.

I use wanhaomaker slicer software which I think is just for wanhao models and for cutting I use meshmixer which is free to download and is definitely worth having hope this helps cheers

What do you think of a Prusa i3 MK3S for this kind of work compared to your filament printer? Or would you do this on a resin printer now?
Resin printers are pretty good for very high details this isn't that high detail so is still good for fdm
I bet you can find a buyer for that, at least 120$

How did you smooth you'r print ? Which filament do you use? This is a very good job !
I didn't sand it I printed at .1mm and then used a high build primer and the filament was unbranded of ebay

D Day p.l.a filament was about £40 and the paints £170 but there for other builds as well and as for a printer one of the most popular at the moment is the creality cr-10 which comes in differance build volume's and there's plenty of Facebook cr10 groups you can join to help you out cheers

nothing special just a standard mix
