    We need to know what easy running feels like. Over dependence on the HR monitor is a problem.

      I agree that both are important. The point I was trying to make is that let's make sure what we claim is easy is actually supported by the data we're collecting.

    Great information! I am a new jogger and I am trying to work on endurance and this was helpful especially when you are overweight.
