I am 66 and run with great joy at a Level my body tolerate. No fear to get injuries. Many great ultra runners have only seldom injuries because they are adapted to their personal running level.
Did I understand well that even focusing on the track event like 1500 or 5K, one is still better suited with the 80/20 rule? Shouldn't one put in more speed sessions?
Fantastic listI concur with everything you've said. As a running coach and advocate myself, I completely resonate with these.

Thanks 🙂 These are important points 🙂
Awesome points and feel free to quote any one you want, with the exception of Dan Andrews LOL
Good info.
I listened to this audio whilst running, tripped and stubbed me toe.

Run same volume but run slower so the body can adapt
Do you have a comedy channel?
Not a bad list, although you kind of lost me at Jordan Peterson.
Completely lost me, JP is a tit
That JP comment made perfect sense to me. Just compare you to you, don't get sidetracked or distracted by other's apparent progress.
Someone doesn't like JP, even if he makes perfect sense most of the time. But no one is perfect.
love your videos but maybe let's not quote Jordan Peterson? lol
I’ll quote anyone I like 😂
What has he done?
