EXPLORING STREET FOOD OF KARACHI - ZAHID NIHARI + KULFI OF REHMAT E SHEREEN

I am exploring the famous street food of Pakistan in karachi. In this episode, I visited Zahid Nihari followed by Famous Kulfi of Rehmat e Shereen at Tariq Road.
There are many stories regarding the dish's exact origin, but it's history dates back to 18th century of late Mughal era. Lucknow and Delhi nobility. It was typically served at sunrise, as it's name comes from the Arab word "Nihar", which means morning, nut now it is eaten at any time.
