Visiting Urdu Bazar in Karachi is like stepping into a historical tapestry of the city's vibrant culture and rich traditions. The bustling bazaar, entrenched in the heart of Karachi, is not only a marketplace but also a living testament to the city's heritage. During my recent visit, I had the pleasure of indulging in the culinary delights that the area had to offer.
One of the culinary highlights of my trip was the renowned Sabir Nihari, a culinary gem nestled within the folds of Urdu Bazar. The aroma of simmering spices and slow-cooked meats wafted through the air as we eagerly ordered their specialty, the Maghaz Nalli Mix Special Nihari. The dish, a symphony of flavors and textures, showcased the mastery of traditional Pakistani cuisine. The tender meat, flavorful bone marrow, and aromatic spices created a gastronomic experience that left a lasting impression.
Before our savory encounter with Sabir Nihari, we decided to explore the local flavors recommended by the seasoned locals. This led us to 'Irshad ka Thiya,' a charming dhaba that prides itself on serving delicious home-cooked meals with a changing menu every day. The authenticity of the food and the rustic ambiance added to the overall experience.
On the day of our visit, the menu featured Dal Chawal with Shami Kabab and Qeema. Apparently he is a food vlogger but he buy thing from local market and needy things promoting books and making habit of book reading is appropriated. Genuinely of of the best content creator whom i follows and love to watch daily.

Irshaad bhai nick name "mamoo" is a genuine food vendor with a different item everyday. In year 2000 we used to eat 'aaloo qeema' in 60 rupees. Time flies and today in Zia's v-log I was back in time 23 years from now. He was very hygienic in those days too. We used to have lunch in "raatan talaoo" bazaar with a different taste everyday from him. Thank you zia bhai for taking me back in time.
