Chocolate Orange Cake 巧克力香橙蛋糕

Ingredients :
2 orange peels , cut into small cubes （2粒鲜橙皮，切成小方块）
120g caster sugar （细砂糖）
60ml water （水）
Chocolate sauce （巧克力酱）:
60g Dark chocolate （黑巧克力）
30g dairy whipping cream （淡奶油）
250g unsalted butter（牛油）
180g brown sugar （黄糖）
5 large eggs（鸡蛋）- grade A
230g plain flour（普通面粉）
1 tsp baking powder （发粉）
1/4 tsp salt （盐）
20g /2 tbsp cocoa powder（可可粉）
Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 50-55 minutes.
放入已预热烤箱，以170°C烤50-55分钟。
Chocolate ganache （巧克力淋酱）:
120g Dark Chocolate （黑巧克力）
60g Dairy whipping cream（淡奶油)
20g unsalted butter（无盐牛油)
