PALOMA’S VOICE IS UNREAL! It was her show with her backup singers! She really outshone her team here! I love the “COME ON” part🔥🔥
Paloma can't help but outshine her team with that incredible voice of hers. But it was a pretty good effort on their part to keep up with her. I enjoyed this performance very much... Janice Joplin's songs are hard to sing unless you have a voice like Paloma's.

After the blind auditions, the mayority of people here (including myself) thought that team Paloma was the strongest overall and now her top 2 are a wild card and a steal. Both of them are amazing but I can't help but to feel that Paloma had wasted a couple of potential winners on her team.

I don't like how Paloma dressed up the other two as backing singers in their matching costumes. I gotta say Paloma really does outshine the other two in this performance with just a huge power in her voice. I didn't like heathers tone here. It seemed strained to me. Jordan has a very distinct style that I actually really like but didn't sound great in a group like this.
Yes, she should have left more space for their contestants to shine more than her.
+Nicolas Howden Spot on. Paloma was so good she outshone her singers, and that wasn't helped by dressing them like backing singers in much less flattering costumes than she had on. Also, Heather's voice didn't suit this song, and Jordan was over-reaching too much.

+Nicolas Howden Paloma did NOT design or choose these costumes - no time for that with all the rehearsals .! The BBC have their own set designers and dress makers . I personally loved this and the idea Paloma in any way set out to dominate is ridiculous ! If she had sung badly she would have been slated . You can never ever please the public ……. she sings like this at her gigs and they seemed to love it . Heather is 16 ! done amazingly well - so so easy to criticise ……...
+Nicolas Howden I thought this was a good choice of song and arrangement. I was wondering how Paloma would fit her team together, since they all have such different voices. This arrangement played to each of their strengthsl: Heather took the more vulnerable phrases, Jordan handled the growly bits, and Paloma came in when sheer power was needed.

Jordan is clearly the best all round talent and hopefully the winner of the voice will be another failure (to go with all the previous winners).

Oh my goodness! Paloma turned into a tigress here! I only really know her from this show, so to see her snarl her way through this was a little disconcerting! With neither of her singers through to the final Paloma will be even more free to call it how she sees it, which may actually be quite important on the night.
+periurban I think I have probably heard just about every recording of Paloma Faith singing that is publicly available, multiple times. (I have over 500 videos of Paloma in my UA-cam favorites list.) I don't think there is much of anything she can't do.

The coach was the only heroine in the performance. The other two had little existence in this song. It was like one big voice with two harmonies.

+Alberto Muela Paloma's choices were all very talented, but less conventionally commercial than Kevin, Jolan, and Lydia. I expect there was only room for one unconventional singer in the public vote, and that was Cody.
In my opinion, the outfit choice for the 2 contestants is awful :s I get the retro vibe, but it could have been done better..
+NatschoNotorious That was because young Miss Faith didn't want the spot light taken off her. She has worked hard for her fame and she wasn't going to let a cross dresser and a fat, frumpy school kid steal one of her many, many moments. She then went on to scream across the the top of them both and gurn for the camera for 3 minutes. It was cringe worthy.

Paloma is really a fantastic singer - great performance. Unfortunately her 2 candidates were the weakest of the last 12 and had to go home. Paloma made wrong choices in the knockouts, and she paid the price for this today....
+Laufvettie If by that you mean by giving Kevin to Ricky I disagree - she knew he would be far better off with him - she chose singers with potential rather than ready made ……..I personally thought her choices were as good as anyones and she wanted something more creative - compare her singers to last years chosen by Rita Ora - Palomas much much more talented . Jordan will do well as she is so original , there are many ways to earn a living in music . Heather is only 16 and already come on in strides plus she puts the work in to improve …...

I can't paloma made her acts the backing artists..... She literally sung the whole song. And notice how palomas in a pink gown and the 'backing singers' we're in the same cloths with dark colours.....

It is very hard to cover a song from Janis Joplin.
But I am very sorry for Heather: Her Adele Style doesn't fit here.
You need to feel VERY comfortable to sing this song, because it was a giant soul full of pain who wrote this to let go. And if you can't let go, you just should know where you should stop to sing.

Oh my god, we have some problems here: Jordan's and Heather's voices don't sound well together. Paloma's hair looks like she was too late to the show and had no time after getting out of bed. At first, I was worried if she had some pain when she was singing ... her face looked just like that. And Heather's and Jordan's clothes make them look like squires. Paloma's stage style is so... nowhere in between glitter, retro, girly and 2000s. The song neither fitted Heather's voice/personality nor Jordan's. I think this performance was the main reason, why both of them were - unfortunately - eliminated.
Jordan reminds me of Elton John. Not in this preformance, but wig the piano. Heather is good but not special.
Wasn't a fan of this Paloma overpowered the other two. She should be showcasing their talent but instead they sounded like backing singers. I mean Paloma did kill it no doubt she's an amazing singer but perhaps she is too good her team looked lost throughout the whole song
