She is perfection to me. Stage presence, dancing, unique and powerful voice, stellar performer (whether sitting at a piano or up dancing), and you can always feel the passion and emotion in her. Incredible.

To everyone saying she didn't deserve to go through because she didn't get past the first round, just remember your the same people who wanted to see her again as soon as you all knew a spot became open when some other girl dropped out! what I think grabs me is her spirit. I can literally feal pain when she sings. So weird. I feel those struggles and how she is able to let go. Part of what makes her really attractable to listen to is her androgynous voice and appearance. I dig it. I just have one question for I am not from the UK...how did she go from no one turning at the blinds to being on the show?

She's an artist you either like her artistry or you don't. I don't think she's the best in the competition but I think that she has a very infectious personality and I like that.

Oh no! How can Jordan go home? I'm sorry, but she is a star isn't she? If anything was her downfall it wasn't this performance (in which she fully committed to every moment), but it may have been in her slightly "precious" attitude. Perhaps people at home felt she presented herself with too much entitlement. Whatever. I like her, and I understand that she is different and maybe a wee bit frightening to some viewers. Yes, she was a wee bit full of herself, but she is struggling to literally find out who she is, and to me this was apparent in her vocal performances, which really did mix up her past and future genders in the most interesting and engaging way. I would have loved to hear an album, and hopefully she will find a way to do that anyway. Another sad farewell, but Jordan is a sweet person and I really hope she makes it (whatever that may mean).
+periurban I feel exactly the same! In the last 2 performances she felt too "precious" and too full of herself, but still the mixture in her voice makes it so interesting. She sounds like a well established performer and I would buy her album for sure! To think that no one had turned for her initially

+periurban I know I can be a bitch sometimes but I really don't care about Jordan. I don't like her voice, I don't like the performances and I hate, hate that she is in semifinals when didn't get a single turn in the blinds. It doesn't matter to me she is transgender, that was not fairplay. But well, what do I know, in season 3 I hated the guts of Christina Marie and she was one of the best. Probably was the same reason, the "star" treatment the show gave to both of them since the start.
+periurban I didn't notice her being too full of herself. Was that off the show? I only pay attention to the performances on the night, and I agree that she's a consummate artist and performer, as you say, and maybe that slight precious edge was part of her on-stage persona. I have no problem with it, and in fact love watching her. She reminds me of Bowie a little when she dons the velvet trouser suit look and throws herself about, all legs and attitude and that 70's retro vibe. Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, and I was FURIOUS she didn't go through. But also convinced she will still work hard and make it, because what else can she do? This is clearly her destiny. Go, girl!
Jane Holland I think the world of music has changed. Haven't you noticed that people are far less willing to accept precious behaviour?
"A great nurse doesn't swan about acting like she's god's gift after she saves someone's life, so why should a singer act like that after singing a song quite well?" That sort of thing.
Even the old pop stars have been revealed in all their humanity as being not so very different from the rest of us. A lot of the fan idolization has faded.
So, when Jordan showed us a wee bit of that "preciousness" she probably put a lot of people off.
Personally, I think she was just trying to find her way through what must be a hugely difficult emergence. Whether there is room for Jordan in today's music industry, I don't know. She will have to bootstrap herself into play, by which I mean write her own songs and get good people around her so she can play live and build a following.
I do wish her luck.

Ain't got nuthin compared to Sean Miley Moore in terms of voice and performance.
+Carolyn Greenburg they're so so different stylistics, you can't compare them, I don't think that's fair. Jordan's got this old school, unpolished almost Bowie esque wail about her, whereas Sean was impeccably clean and almost theatrical

+Kat You are right, Sean's not trans. I think Sean came to my mind first because (and I think we have to agree here) both tend towards very dramatic performances - theatrical - and I prefer Sean's performance. This is, of course, a matter of subjective taste.
Second, in terms of voice, I also agree with your descriptions, but I'm not sure it's unfair to compare them. They have quite similar timbre and intensity. Jordan's voice is good, but in terms of range (something I believe his judges and his audience (voters) tended to overlook in Sean) and hitting all the notes, I think Sean is better. I am not convinced that the notes Jordan fails to hit are missed on purpose - I think she runs out of air on some. If this is true, then breath control is something her coach should address.
I don't DISlike Jordan, but I don't feel she has the best voice in this competition and I'm not convinced her performance offsets that. And of course, as you can tell, I'm a big Sean fan, which biases me, I admit!
Jordan entertains. She sounds good, looks good and works the stage. Her concerts won,t be boring. That is for sure. Movement and stage presentation, and the presence and charisma of the person singing accounts for a great show. When going to a gig. Otherwise one may as well stay at home and listen to a cd. Just my opinion.

Someone on team Paloma Faith dropped out which opened up a spot in her team and by the rules of The Voice UK and the voice franchise all together the rules state two teams must be filled to Max Capacity. So that means Paloma was allowed to choose the artist that did not make it through the blind auditions and fill up her team
And we wonder why none of the female coaches stick around!

Heather deserved to stay any day over Lydia, that is for sure. Plus Matt is very talented, he should have gone further.

Guarlaon1 While I was gutted to see Sophie-May leave, I think Jamie somehow deserved to go to the Finals to represent Team Kylie. He had this charm/likability to him and really built some momentum after beating his close friend Joe in the Battles.
Matt being last place is robbery in plain sight, though. Andrea, for all her amazing voice and bravery, did not deserve to win from a talent-standpoint. It should be Leah McFall as the winner, Matt and Mike Ward as the runner-ups and Andrea in 4th.
Clearly an artist already, visually spectacular, great performance - but bad song choice in my view for the semi final. It wasnt a bad song for her voice. It just wasn't magical like previous stuff from her.I hope we see more of Jordan .

Love how she has fun with her performances and the rendition of the florence and the machine song earlier in the show was amazing. I guess she didnt make it though which is sad and now these hating imbiciles are coming out of the wood works with the transphobia.
