I would try it. We use the peel and the flesh in different recipes. It likely would be tastier than one might think and definitely better than medicines typically are.
While I haven’t eat broiled orange like that, but steam orange is a traditional dish for severe cold and sore throat. My dad make it for me all the time growing up. He add rock sugar or some kind of herb in the middle and steam the whole orange. We eat both the flesh and the peel. It’s very effective

This is a new series right? If so i am so glad. The actor and actress actually look gorgeous and healthy and SOLID. unlike most of the new show. Everyone looks sickly and like stick figures. Those actors/actresses work way to hard to be straving to please the latest disgusting stick person trend going on in Asian. I couldn't finish watching some series cuz i can't stomache how sick they looked. So weak and ready to fall over with the breeze.
Camera adds pounds so if they look like that on camera i can't imagine in person.
