Your faith, genuineness, and warmth resonated with me from the first video that I watched and I subscribed right away. I am a 53 year old new UA-camr, and I have learned and been inspired by you. God uses all of us in the most unique and special ways.

Oh I know how you feel, just recently had a change in how I present myself on camera, I realised I have a lot to share, and the only way I can do is to get on camera and share them, my recent videos show that, and I've got a few coming up that many won't like to listen to, but it's something many of us need to hear, and one video gets quite "mouthy", but not in a bad way and it definitely doesn't attack anyone (something I will NEVER do in my content), but I just decided that 2025 is going to be the year that I start adding my thoughts with my personality to my channel, along with the artwork I've done, I feel this is a good move for me, let's see how it goes 😊

Oooo I love this for you! That’s a powerful realization. I believe more of us should use this platform to add our thoughts and personality to our art even if we ruffle some feathers lol. I’m sure it will resonate deeply with the right audience. Wishing you so much success in 2025!

I agree with you 100 percent-- I am new to UA-cam - I share my daily practices of Arabic calligraphy , practicing with one hand and hold my phone to record my shorts with the other lol it’s Raw early UA-cam era content nothing fabulous and ppl still watch it maybe they watch it because it’s not hifi technically advanced style maybe it’s just for giggles but I enjoy the process of making and sharing however I can do it so I think being true to yourself is the key to growth and feeling satisfied with anything you do !! Love ur channel come here often to watch ur content Thank you ! Keep doing what you’re doing ❤

I smiled reading this because it really shows you don’t need all the glitz to connect with people. Your love for Arabic calligraphy and the joy you bring to the process are what truly stand out. Keep creating and sharing what you love, and thank you so much for your kind words about my channel...it means a lot! 🩷

Thank you for this! I recently started my journey with spirituality and want to incorporate it with my art. I was scared of the alienating some viewers, but I guess that's for the best if I'm trying to build a genuine community.

Perfect timing. I recorded today and blubbed through a lot of it. I spent the next few hours hesitating about a share. Is this part of who I am? Thankfully I’m doing a project of recording every day with a goal to be fully self expressed and find my people so I had that reminder to fall back on. It has been hard to let this side of me be seen, I wasn’t sad I was just emotional and cry when something moves me. This time I guess I was really moved cause boy there was a lot of snot and tears! So glad I have found your channel and thank you for highlighting this danger. ❤

Hi to all. For me , it is so much easier for me to jump on someone else’s podcast or video without any problem but when it come to my own podcast or me just talking to (camera) I very did like it. Lmbo! Not good anymore. Let me start putting myself out there and start pushing the knowledge I know. By the way keep doing an awesome job with your videos. Thanks for listening!

I like YT because you are watching real people like artist like yourself. I haven't watched tv for 10 years or more. I can't stand tv. YT is a wonderful platform to get your story out. But it does have it's set back when it comes to free speech. I often think about starting a YT channel, maybe one day. I'd rather focus on my art for now. I love watching other artists, and you have done well for yourself. congrats. I'm old school, and all this tech gives me headache. I'm more of a hands on person. I never liked cameras or having my picture taken so I don't know if I can do YT. If God willing maybe I will. but one thing at a time first. Have a wonderful day, God bless.

Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts! I understand where you're coming from. There’s so much I would love to talk about on my platform but as you mentioned there are set backs and you have to be wise with what you say. It’s awesome that you’re focusing on your art, and when you're ready to start your channel, I have no doubt it’ll be amazing. I'm not a camera person either lol. In fact, I'm not much of a talker but I was called to do this so here I am... Wishing you all the best on your artistic journey, and thank you for your kind words! May God bless you.

Hey there! I’m so happy to hear that you’re feeling inspired to just be yourself! A lot of creators don’t edit their videos and do just fine. The majority of the videos I watch are unedited ☺. It’s beautiful that you want to share how God has blessed you. Keep shining and thank you for your kind words! 💖

Hi Tarra, really enjoying your videos! Can you please tell me what platform you used to create your website? And did you struggle through creating it yourself or did you pay for someone to help you with it? I'm working on getting my art practice up and running (at 58!) and wanting to have some videos for youtube and my website built soon. Thanks so much for any info! All the best!

I hear you, it can be tough when you’re putting in the work and not seeing the results right away. Every creator goes through ups and downs, but the most important thing is to stay true to yourself and enjoy the process. I didn’t start seeing much traction until my second year on UA-cam (last year), so hang in there!

Religion was used on the farm I was raised on to get children to respect their elders while being severely punished and abused for things the children were being falsely accused of.
Everyone has different relationships with spirituality, so you should not take it personally when others need to walk away from that type of thinking.

I enjoy your channel when you are talking about art, and will continue to enjoy you for both art and your uplifting personality. I won't watch spirituality or religion, but that's not rejecting part of you, that's rejecting spirituality for my own self.
