Your dragon eyes are some of the most beautiful ones I have seen. Thank you for sharing the process. Can't wait to start to make a few. Thank you again.
Hi Patricia! Great Video! Liked and Subscribed after watching a few minutes in! I have ALL the Guilder’s Paste and they are awesome! African Bronze is definitely my favorite! I really enjoyed the tutorial! Looking forward to seeing all your videos! Have A Super Week!.....Gus
These were wonderful tutorials. I've just made my first couple dragon eye cabochons and I'm inspired by your pendants. They're gorgeous. You're very talented.
Very interesting and a lovely item. It looks a little scary covering it with paint and taking it off was the bit missing from the vid. but the outcome looked great. Love your work. thank you Patricia.
Thanks Elizabeth, sorry about the missing piece, I was very new to making videos. You can see the antiquing method in my Chickadee Journal cover, Part 2 and the Highland Cow Journal cover. It does look scary, but I love the way it ties all the elements together!
What a great tutorial and many thanks for sharing it! I've watched both parts concerning the making of this lovely pendant and have now subscribed. I am awaiting delivery of some glass cabochons so I can start making a pendant or two myself.
Fantastic tutorial! I learned so much! Thank you! Ps. I really like how you didn’t leave out “pesky details” and showed us those fiddly warts and how you finagled them 😄
I hope you are still reading comments, after this long time. Just wanted to tell you that your dragon eyes are by far, my favorite. Thank you for sharing!!!
Hey Patricia, I hope you don't edit out too much of your videos. [re: " ... taking a break while I figure out a new editing program"]. One of the reasons I like your videos is that you show some of the problems while you're doing your work and how you solve them. Specifically, when you were cutting out and placing the warts in part 1 of this series, I was thinking as you were watching, "If I tried to do this with a straw and a ball tool that would be exactly my problem" and I would think it was my inexperience working with clay that was the issue. Watching you do it gives me the confidence to give it a go. I just thought when I read about your "new editing program" that that might be something that landed on the cutting room floor and I'd hate to have missed it.
Patricia Roberts-Thompson not at all should be in your local hardware store. or hobby store (it's used a lot in rc boats). hell the dollar store near my place has it.
Wonderful tutorial! watched 1 & 2 with a thumbs up :) have you ever made any other type of animal eye (fantasy or real) pendants? i love the speckling in the eyes. can you share links of where you purchased the items you used? i need to find myself some of the glass "eyes" to create these :) just so wonderful, great work!
Thank you Barbie, I have found glass cabochons on Amazon, just search for glass cabochons, also Ebay www.ebay.com/itm/Transparent-Clear-Round-Glass-Dome-Flatback-Cabochon-Scrapbooking-6-50mm-Wholesa-/311598065412?var=&hash=item488cb12704:m:mVGNhDAsZMvzMCMIlKUJojA
So cool! I have a new project to make gifts for next Christmas and Birthdays coming up. Just need to get some of those paints and such. Tools are already to get to work waiting on my 3 tiered lazy susan that I made recently . Thanks for your expertise & wisdom ! ! .
Thank you, I did have an Etsy Shop, but let it go. I find with the high cost of shipping in Canada, it really hurts my business. So now I do sell a few pieces from my Facebook page, and a bit locally. Pat's WearableArt

No worries Sue, I just meant basic editing, like making the volume louder, joining clips and the like. I have it figured out somewhat now :)
Phew! OK, that's allowed. ;)
beautiful. very talented!
Thank you JoAnne
Mil gracias, esta genial, Un saludo desde España
Just amazing! Do you do new tutorials anymore? I love watching your videos
thank you
As subtle as it is, I believe the Lumiere brought that eye to life. Wonderful choice, Talented Lady!
my favourite glue is fibreglass epoxy resin. Holds ANYTHING. ive glued bricks together, and it held.
that sounds great- is it hard ti find?
Patricia Roberts-Thompson not at all should be in your local hardware store. or hobby store (it's used a lot in rc boats). hell the dollar store near my place has it.
Looks like something from the movie "Doctor strange" in other words this is amazing!
Thank you!
this is amazing i am going to give this a try . where do you get your pendant hangers if i may ask . thank you again for this out standing vid
Hey Patricia, love this!!! What if the Spray is no longer available? What can we buy to replace it?
Awesome I have a question you didn’t use liquid clay right ? If so , does it stay together with wear or risk to fall ?

Thanks Dodgy Dave!
Love your work I just discovered you!
Thank you Karla, I'm so happy to hear that!

Check out Yvonne Williams Dragon Eye of Sauron tutorial on UA-cam, she used regular nail polish to make the most amazing eyes

WOW! Great tutorial. Do you also play the dulcimer? Seems that I have heard your voice before?
Sue
Thank you Sue, No I'm afraid I don't play the dulcimer- too funny that I have a familiar voice! :D
and the same exact spelling of the name! Oh well, they say we have a double somewhere in the world. Thanks for the reply. Keep up the good work!
Thank you!
do you have a shop on ebay or etsy where you sell your art?
Thank you, I did have an Etsy Shop, but let it go. I find with the high cost of shipping in Canada, it really hurts my business. So now I do sell a few pieces from my Facebook page, and a bit locally. Pat's WearableArt
