Brilliant fresh morning blueish skies.😮 That red cap folding back as it hits, the air.... All romantic stuff... Only the mad British people stand up to it .. Great video....of that lovely car....or 3 wheeler... Most enjoyable...👍👍
Beautiful!!! I am building a 4 wheel version of a 1928 Morgan/Pembleton with a BMW R-100 motor and an MG transmission connected to an MG rear diff. I plan on making it completely like an airplane with the cloth stretched over the wooden frame. I will be posting the build to UA-cam within a few months.
Very nice!! I plan on getting a 2CV, purchasing the Pembleton Grasshopper SS kit, do a 3 wheel conversion, and then do a two tone paint-job. The goal is to make it look like a 1934 Morgan Super Sports Barrel Back.
@@louiejonesponation That is great!! Are you in the UK? We do not have many 2cv's here in the US. The ones that are here are in too good of shape to dismantle. I look forward to seeing you build as well.
Very good but not great…sorry. Visual is awesome, but whatever happened to the soundtrack? Suppress the symphony, unleash the soul of the Guzzi engine and let the wind howl !!!
It's the driver's not mine and he bought it as an unfinished project from first owner. TBH I don't know if the Pembleton kit is still available. It uses a 2CV donor for suspension, engine etc (though this example now has a Moto Guzzi motor as in the video).
Ended up fast forwarding in large chunks when I quickly realised that there was no useful or interesting information or sound track or proper views of the car. Total waste of time.

@@Biokemist-o3k there’s a tonne of 2CVs on the UK and France. Matter of fact, 2CVs weren’t just built in France but also in Slough England.
@@louiejonesponation please send one over. I can give you my address..lol
A great, evocative car movie that doesn't take itself too seriously. One of the best I have seen on the web.
Thank you :-)
Thanks for the trip!
Flaming brilliant little movie! The true spirit of open top driving in Britain. Now to get a Pembleton....
This is the kind of madness that makes glad I'm a Brit!
Wonderful car, great scenery and nice bit of ingenuity with the camera mounted on monopod ... I must get one of those!
thnurg glad to be of service!
Out for a lunch time bike ride today and thoroughly enjoyed racing this car around the Keir roundabout near Dunblane.
Great little car, great video!
Thanks :-)

What happened to the Pembleton website? Seem the site and forum are down?
😎😎👍
Just add some browning machine guns and it will be finished
Mute the overbearing music....but a Nice car.
Did you buy the kit? Where can you buy the kit?
