I had a Meyers Manix dune buggy in the early mid 2000's and I loved driving it with my young then son, taking him to his baseball games in it and cruising old country roads. I know there is no comparison to this beautiful price of machinery but it was somewhat of a similar experience. Hope to get something like this in the US.
That raw, analog feeling you get with the older classics. Wont matter if you have a 300sl or a 64 Bug. You are in tune with the car, nothing assisted. That is what is missing in a 2006 Lexus.
I was just watching another video about these "cars" that was running a Moto Guzzi V-twin. I made a comment that said it would look great with a BMW R18 engine.... and I was right! Fantastic looking vehicle.
I dont even have to drive one and I can tell youve got a really zippy little scat car there. Its nice to see the B.M.W. engine I think its the superior answer to your power plant needs. Now fuel inject it and youve got a formula one racer! The next step is to race it against vehicles in its weight range and horsepower range. Please be careful driving that thing! I see genius there. Ive wanted to style and design cars since a child I see genius there . Well done!
Yes, from me too, fantastic Would I be forgiven to say it is more comfortable ( you do not feel the road potholes ) & better handling than the others, due to 2CV suspension & being FWD
I'd like an honest comparison between the Pembleton trike with its Moto Guzzi engine and its Morgan vee-twin equivalent. The Morgan is a lot more expensive. What else?
Morgan is heavier, more powerful and RWD. Pembleton is more about lightweight and FWD. Both great looking vehicles, one is pretty much custom built (Pembleton). A thing to note is that the V twin Morgan is not made anymore....the early ones had issues which should be sorted now. Last thing, having seen them both...the Morgan feels more finished, build is excellent. The Pembleton while not having the same amounts of detail is incredibly well built and possesses a real handcrafted charm. The best thing to do is to go visit Pembleton, I am still in 2 minds between getting their 3 wheeler and Caterham Super 7.
@@oliox8685 EXCELLENT COMMENT. Some people could fill a ten minute video with that info. Amazing that a secondhand Morgan sells for the same price as a new Morgan, because of the waiting list.
I want to build the 3 wheel version of this I just rescued a bmw bike 800 cc late 80’s I have mg doner car wondering what to do about shifting could it be possible to use a bike motor with car transmission?
Hello Toby, many Tnx 4 the footage. I have now been driving behind aeroscreens 4 58 years. If yours are not doing anything, they are not in the right place? Or you are sitting too high? Looking at the footage they do look to be somewhat to the side. There may be a good Tech. Reason for this? Tnx again for the film. John, friend of The Red Baron!

I like the cut down copper cylinder lid as a finish to the bonnet.
Would give up my motorcycle so I can have this beautiful machine. If I can get in California I would run to the bank right now!
wow even with a BMW motorcycle engine I love the Motto Guzzi version too would be nice if they are going to make a R18 BMW engine some day !
Amazing toy!!! Will not get you girls….. but may wake up the neighbors……. Great video, thank you for sharing.
Your right. It won't get you girls. But it will get you women.

thank you for the video, my father owns an old model-t and its a similar fun sensation (not soo close to the ground). Greetings from Argentina
The globalists want us to eat bugs, at least you can do it in style.

Magnifique commentaire 😂 malheureusement tellement vrai 😞

Nostalgia ....sence of peace...
Jealous...

Lovely car. I dream of having a light small open wheeled speedster.
OMG ! One of the most amazing car I've ever seen. Great video too !
Thanks from France for this time of dream 🤩
I daily my classics, so I drive them even in the rain and snow. That's what they were built for
It looks wonderful probably too pricey for my pocket but like how it looks imagine's a dream to drive.

I don't think they are robust enough for UK roads. The 4 wheeler is a copy of the Austin 7 Super Accessories special .I know.
Great video Toby! We recently had the pleasure to take one out and capture it on film too!
They make them with Moto Guzzi engines as well.
Nice ! 👍👍👍👏👏👏🎩🎩🎩❤️❤️❤️
Una pieza de arte ese coche 😍

So classy
Toby, if you could turn up the background music a little louder, you wouldn't be able to hear the sound at all. Regards
Great.
Pure excellence
Why did you change from a BMW engine to a Moto Guzzi? Can these larger engines be mounted in a Citroen 2CV?
reminds me of my old kharmann ghias! nice!
Меня интересует сопряжение двигателя с коробкой. Коробка от ситроена?
Why no sheep fur under the straps?
Pity about the intrusive background music.

Give it up, Tobes

LOVELY
Want one... do they come in left side driver ???
Sounds a bit like a sewing machine….have you tried a Caterham 7?
Passion
Do they do 4 seaters?
Now imagine this car with a Harley or Indian engine
if they add one more wheel on the back to morgan 3 wheeler, make it 4 wheeler, it would be it.
It has 4 wheels, and a spare
@@peterk2455 morgan 3 wheeler has 4 wheels and a spare, you are genius.
@@creamwobbly No, but keep trying, one day you may get it right.
@@krisztm7221FWIW, Pembleton also makes a 3 wheeler
And the Morgan 3 Wheeler lost all of it's charm with the new model
Hi what size steering wheel you got and make cheers buddy in advance
Hiya, it's a Mark five wood rim, moto-lita 14inch! Sorry for the late reply

yes, I did make this. I'm based in Sussex. The ashdown forest
For sale
What type of transmission is in your Pembleton?
Citroen CV2 transaxle front wheel drive.
A 2cv that tries to look serious. Nice.
C'est vrai que, visuellement, ce gros bloc BM , c'est pas terrible. Un moteur 2cv serait plus harmonieux mais pas assez puissant
No piano musik. Is terrible!
