Purpose:
Reducing the activity of trypsin inhibitors in soy products.
Heating soybeans before oil extraction in a mechanical oil press.

Hi! The following extruders have the preconditioning system:

well can this extruder remove trypsin from the meal i mean is the heat enough for removing trypsin.whats the % of oil extraction.i think a filter press would be an added advantage

MANOJ BUNDE Hi, thanks for your question. Yes, of course. Heat treatment 120-160°C during extrusion process denatures trypsin inhibitors. The oil content in the final oil cake(meal) is 8%.

iTz better than (solvent based) the one in which caustic soda,hexane (carcinogenic properties),bleaching acid earth and whatever hell is used for oil extraction only good packaged food doesnt mean thats healthier organic food the nature has given no human can replicate it.
