There is no striker that is at his level in the UFC except for Izzy. Alex actually has better grappling than Khalil. And Alex is not good at grappling. So Khalil is outclassed in two different things.

I was confused when this fight was booked. But the more I watch roundtree highlights, the more I wanna see them fight. Alex wins but this has the potential to be a great fight.
If Alex was smart he would surprise Khalil take him down and submit him.
Alex has much more lucrative fights against DDP, Aspinall or Jones , than to risk just one dimensional striking with khalil to get a precieved easy paycheck.

Oh cmon, he’s great but he ain’t championship caliber. Hill would have knocked him out. Roundtree is defensively poor and always throws with 100% power. Alex is gonna crack him early and put him away. Right hook right on chin and roundtree goes down. Especially at elevation, it’s over in under 3.5.
