I have had Masala Dosa in south, I'm noticing the ones in south had a spicy red powder added to it along with the potato masala, that provided some much needed flavor to the Dosa. That red thing seems to be missing here
I am from India and no doubt Ethiopia is no less. I have heard about the world class coffee, salt plains and the history when the arc of covenant was brought there makes it a gem in the world/Christianity. I believe more travellers should go to Ethiopia.

I visited Amritsar, Goa, Ranchi, And Bokaro, i was afraid of eating something that did not agree with me in the streets, so i ate in the hotels. But this vendor looked clean. You should visit Mahabalaeshwar or lonavla in Mumbai--maharashtra Manali in himachal Pradesh Jaipur etc... Agra for taj mahal ( historical monument ) Delhi for redfort again ( historical monument) Or you should have visit South India like kerala... These are very beautiful

You will get a good masala dosa for 50 anywhere in 5 South States. Just like we can't expect an authentic chana Batura in the South in low price. You can't expect a perfect South tiffin anywhere else within budget.
