I noticed my lips lose color (they turn white) when I make various expressions, like a kissy face. I'm assuming from the filler pressing on some vessels or something. Is that to be expected or should I have it redone..?
Sounds like compression to me, personally if my patient had that I'd dissolve and refill
Do you aspirate when the needle is into the lip? 😱 Before deliver the filler ?
When the needle is in , how deep the needle is under the skin? Thx
I don't aspirate personally. The depth is the superficial fat so maybe around 1mm below the surface. Hope that helps :)

Would you recommend using U/S to help guide you to account for anomalies? or not necessary as long as you aspirate and stay superficial?
I use US almost every single time. Staying superficial offers a better probability of safety but not a guarantee (same for aspiration). With US though, I have an absolute guarantee of not being in a vessel. I use the Vinno P personally.
