Yes!! Lightweight, alcohol-free with natural coverage that lasts all day. I get compliments on my skin when I wear this, and people are surprised when I tell them I have foundation on. By far my favorite foundation. ✨
I totally agree! Surprisingly, I reach for this over my Dior, NARS & Estée Lauder Futurist foundations. Better color match, great coverage, and totally skin-like. Thank you! You are the most knowledgeable, hard-working make-up influencer out there. The Drug store foundation try-on was a major undertaking. Same with the blush & bronzer comparisons. Thanks!
I have to agree with you with one caveat! I like to mix it with the True Match Lumi Foundation, because it’s sooooo very close to feeling like Armani Luminous Silk and the Nars Light Reflecting had a baby 😂
Is that one better for more dry skin? I have combo leaning more to dry so I have to keep that in mind when listening to her recommendations since I know she has more oily skin.
@@stayy_lokeyy I would say so, I have combo skin but some very dry areas on my face because I’m on Tretinoin and the True Match Lumi is gorgeous on the skin along with the True Match Serum foundation with Hyaluronic acid. I’ve got a few skin tints that are drugstore and all work well when I’m a bit drier!
This 61 year old loves your content. It's sincere and relatable to people of all ages. I listened and bought this foundation. I have worn it for a couple of days and feel it is a great foundation. I have hyperpigmentation, some roughness and pores. Oily in the summer, combo to dry in the winter. God I also inherited the LaVita pores regardless of age... I would recommend this foundation to others
I am a redhead with freckles , 71, I am fair with neutral undertones . My most perfect match was Lancôme porcelain 40. With neutral undertones . They discontinued several years ago . Switched to porcelain 40C . Too yellow . Before that, I wore a L’Oreal base that had a pink undertone. That look great didn’t they discontinued that.
I bought it recently based on your and other YT reviews. Call me impressed! It feels like Armani's Luminous Silk! The no SPF is a bonus because of chemical sunscreen sensitivity. I had given up on drugstore foundation because the lighting makes shade matching difficult. But I did my homework and nailed it.🎉
I’ve been using L’Oréal True Match for like 10+ years (the Lumi version) and have never felt any need need to experiment with others because of how great it is
Yes I definitely agree with your choice! Love it and I am never disappointed. Happy they have a pump on it too! ❤. You can do it light coverage and it’s definitely buildable. Highly recommend it!
First of all, a HUGE THANK YOU for trying out all those foundations. I am 60 and bought this foundation and WOW. I’m so happy with the result. Beats a lot of high end foundations. Cheers ❤
I agree, I don't like the Maybelline fit me foundation as much, even though I hear so many influencers talking about it. But this Loreal feels clean believe it is cleaner and doesn't smell like anything really. It's so beautiful, good shades, feels thin but medium to full coverage. Love it
I got this foundation from ur recommendation and it’s the BEST one I’ve used hands down! It feels light on ur skin, doesn’t break me out, and the coverage is buildable for those who want a no makeup/makeup look ❤ & that shade range?! L’Oréal is the best for catering to so many skin shades ❤
On my second bottle after Glam girl Gabi recommended....agreed it is pretty amazing for a drugstore foundation. I just wish they had a better applicator ! Thanks Nikki....love your channel and your suggestions!!!!
I finally bought this for my 68 year old skin. I love it. I got a grade shade and has a beautiful finish. Thank you for doing these intensive reviews. ❤️
I 💯 percent agree!!! I went out of town years ago and packed all of the makeup I needed except my foundation. So I just ran to Walgreens and grabbed some of that. Angie Hot & Flashy has said it's a great drugstore foundation for years, so I thought it would work for the trip. I have been buying it since. I love the new pump bottle but it took me a while to find my perfect color in the new shades. I have super dry skin so it's hard to find a long wearing foundation that doesn't crack up my skin after 6 hours. I really can't say enough about this product.
I agree! 57 yo with combo oily. The alcohol free formula is perfect for everyday use. The thin yet pigmented formula works well for my mature skin preferences. I have yet to find high end that comes close to
I have it on my second bottle And I’m not spending high dollar on foundation when this is so good at a fraction of the cost. I have mature skin and it leaves it breathable and natural
Yes agree I just bought some recently, and I really like it. Very thin and easy to apply, and buildable. I just love your videos, absolutely brilliant. Thank you from New Zealand
I absolutely loved that drugstore foundation video- watched the whole thing and even took notes lol Just wondering…..as a 59yr old woman with normal to dry skin Im wondering if this would still be the one for me or if I should go for the True Match Lumi? Just as an FYI….my skin is in excellent condition and I take great care of it. Bit of a skincare junkie lol Thanks ☺️💕 Xo 🇨🇦
I think it is my second best. I've used it for a long time, but within a few hours, my face was very oily, although it was comfortable to use, had a good coverage and it didn't cause my skin to breakout, which was a miracle. Now, what works for me is the maybelline fit me for oily skin. It lasts a lot longer than the loreal. But I still like it. I also have a better skincare routine now than before, and I had hormonal problems back then also so my skin wasn't great. Also, my diet wasn't great. Now is different. So, I might as well try it again. It is a good foundation for sure. ❤
I agree. I have combination skin, I'm 41 and with this foundation I have no feeling I have something on my skin, but a very gentle skin care that make my skin look so good)
I do agree…. After trying many others throughout my adult life, I keep going back to L’Oréal. Recently it’s been the Color Match you’re featuring. And yes! Shake it up. After not using my bottle for a couple months it separated a bit. A quick shake and it covered beautifully. I’m 78.
I agree. I’ve tried True Match multiple times and I just don’t like it. Chalky is a good word for it. I have a bottle staring at me right now and I get so mad when I look at it! It’s like my 4th attempt at liking this foundation.
I agree I love it but I’m having g issues finding my right color . I’ve always been told I’m a neutral. So I got the end two and it was a little too late so I got the N3 and it was too orange. I think my tones have changed since I’ve gotten older. I’m 45 now and I’m having problems finding the right color for my skin.
I have tried ALOT of high-end foundations & always come back to this one. C5 is a perfect shade match. Is it me or are alot of high-end foundations out there way too yellow even if it states its a cool shade. Any suggestions??
In another video you said L'Oréal True Match "Nude" was the best. Did your opinion change? Please let me know between the two...before I buy. Thank you!!!
Yes!! Lightweight, alcohol-free with natural coverage that lasts all day. I get compliments on my skin when I wear this, and people are surprised when I tell them I have foundation on. By far my favorite foundation. ✨
Same! People trip out that it’s drugstore foundation when I tell them.
I agree ❤😊
Hi, could you help me? Do you think it can be useful for dry, mature skin? Thanks 😘
I wish they had testers available or at least had tester sample packs to purchase.
U can return makeup at Walgreens and cvs if u don’t like it even if u tried it fyi.
They do at some targets! 🎯

@@stayy_lokeyy you’re very welcome! Hope you enjoy them like I do!
I agree! I use other high end foundations for my weekend, special occasions and holidays. However, this is my go to everyday foundation.
Agreed. It's the only drugstore foundation I own!
I bought this because of you and I have to say it feels great and looks even better.
Infallible is my favorite! I don’t like radiance or glow in my foundation as I have texture but I will be willing to give this a go.
The infallible freshwear is the best.
Freshwear from L’Oréal is definitely best for my combo skin.
I’ve tried them ALL! I even like it better than a lot of high end.
I wish fresh wear didn’t have fragrance. It gives me a headache. 😢
I would like very much a cruelty free makeup recommandations if possible😊
Elf, Milani, Cover Girl, Essence…to name a few. Google the list.

I agree!I’ve tried tons but this one is the best, I’ve been using it for about a year now
YESS this is my all time favorite drugstore foundation! so happy to see you love it too!!
I totalit agree Nikki love this foundation
I always go back to it too ❤
I’ve been using L’Oréal True Match for like 10+ years (the Lumi version) and have never felt any need need to experiment with others because of how great it is
The old formula was my favorite. I'm still trying find my color in the new formula. 🙂🙂
What’s the difference between the old and new formula ?
True match has always been that girl. When I first started as an mua it was the one of the very few drug store products I could use on black women
Yes I definitely agree with your choice! Love it and I am never disappointed. Happy they have a pump on it too! ❤. You can do it light coverage and it’s definitely buildable. Highly recommend it!

@@anumbashir1758yes, I would say good for oily skin too. Just prep with skincare, maybe a primer or setting powder
Can’t argue this Nikki! I agree 💯 with you! That wa a great video! I learn so much from watching your tutorials! Great teacher and role model!XOXO

I’m ordering it’s today!! Thank u for all the testing.. I watched and took notes..lol💯🌺
I just got this foundation and I love the formula! But I do have to say, there are shimmers in it. It's not as obvious once you powder though!

I need to get an updated one of these because I haven’t picked up one in years. I love the infallible fresh wear so much and this is the OG ❤
It was reformulated last year

Your Right it is The Best *****❤️
I prefer the loreal freshwear
Agree! It’s so good!
I totally agree. This foundation makes my skin look silky soft and stays on for at least 8hrs.
L'Oreal True match serum foundation is the best in my opinion. A more natural finish that complements the skin. 🌞
Totally agree. I just tried it and I love it better than several high end foundations I’ve used in the past.
