Heeey Team what's up 😎 Welcome to our new mini series on handstands (upload every Thursday!). We're starting off with a wrist mobility routine. Which is not exclusive to handstand training btw. Wrist mobility is essential for all movement practices including groundwork (we do a lot of this here on the channel) but also for weightlifting & calisthenics. Healthy wrists for the win! More info on how to use in the description - as always. xx Julia 🧡
I'm not a sport kind of person, but I love your morning and evening routines, especially after working on the computer all day as I'm an illustrator. In November I got tendonitis in my drawing hand and this seems great to prevent that from happening again! Thank you! ❤
Hello Julia. I like your videos, they help me to move more freely. Thank you! I would like to ask if there will be a video for scapula movement sometime, because I can't find a separate video about it on the channel.
Super Routine 😊 wenn ich meine Handgelenke nicht aufwärme, bekomme ich schnell Probleme beim Heben von Gewichten oder auch Liegestützen. Zwischendurch zusätzlich dann noch diese Übungen sind einfach top 👍
@@julia.reppel agree. And for me if they are under 10 min, it’s an easy add on after a workout. I use them on my active rest days and will do a 20 - 30 min mobility video of yours in the morning before work. If it’s a 20 min one, I’ll find a shorter video to add on. Like your approximately 6 min glute activation video. You content is great! Can’t wait till Monday.
Hi! Love your videos, thanks for everything you are doing!! This one has been super helpful for me as I recover from a climbing related wrist injury, and has been a great compliment to my physio. One question I have, what is the theory behind the final exercise (forearm occlusion)?
Thank you :) could you maybe make the side change sounds a bot louder? I either didnt hear it for the wrist pull thingy or its missing? And i dont always look at my screen. Tysm!

I have just completed this session and am feeling like I have injected more oxygen to my wrists. It's really relaxing. Many thanks Julia.
Love how you phrased this 😝👏🏼 Increasing the blood flow to the wrists 😎
I'm six months post-op for wrist fracture surgery and these short mobility routines are so helpful. Thanks Julia!

This 💯 thank you for sharing your POV. I‘m glad our vids serve such a variety of purposes to the community 🥰.
I’ve been a massage therapist for 20 years and I think adding this routine will help keep these wrists going for another 20 🙌🏻 this felt great!
