When the justice system fails to punish people who have done wrong and caused the death of innocent victims... how do you get justice for that? Do you take up vengeance to right the wrongs that justice did not? But on that same token... we can't just be out here murdering people. We can't become executioners and just throw collateral damage to the wayside. ... But I can't wholeheartedly disagree with his actions.
