Altrider Crash Bars and Skid Plate installed on my 2022 Africa Twin AS DCT.

This is the issues I had doing an install of the @Altrider upper and lower crash bars and skid plate as a do it yourself first time install.
If you are not looking to install ‪@AltRiderLLC‬ crash bars or skid plate, this will bore you to tears.
I only go over the spots I get stuck or have trouble. This is not a step by step. That you can find on ‪@AltRiderLLC‬ channel.

Had similar issues on my install including forcing the skid plate and headlight connection.

At the bottom of third at about 40 MPH pull the clutch in for a brief moment, hit the throttle about 3/4 and drop the clutch. See if you can go airborne and control it with the throttle. Keep your foot on the back brake so you can bring it down if you start seeing sky. ;-)

So on the DCT model the clutch is automatic. So there is no clutch lever.
That has its pros and cons but over all i like the DCT but i don’t have much to compare it with since this is my first bike! 😊
