I mean, all streamers got almost every kind of viewers, it depends on the streamer's skill to choose which comments to pick up. Granted, the streamers' personality would more or less shape what kind of people in their fanbase/viewers, but still all kind of things can appear in the chat. This is btw, one of the reason i respect those streamers, ngl. Even with slow mode on, the chat would be so fast you can barely read it. But they can still pick some, read it, and think of the perfect comeback for it in the span of miliseconds. Sometimes they doing that while gaming. I can't imagine i'd be able to do that, if i were them.
I watched part of this, and was tempted to chat something like “Young lady, this chain is on the door for a reason”, but not speaking Japanese I decided it might be rude to comment in English, more so not fully understanding the context of the situation. Turns out I was reading the room right even with the language barrier.😅

Japanese entrance doors open outward, while Western entrance doors open inward. In general. Of course, Japanese doors also have chains.
