- On June15, 2021, we continued our journey to Sitka and then to Appleton Cove! We missed the tide, saw the Slowboat Flotilla, fished and relaxed. Here is our journey in our Nordhavn 55 with Distin our Havanese. Learning more everyday!

@@havaseas No worries, my parents had an Island Packet 38 for many yrs so I'm well-versed in slow boat cruising. Was sorry to see that you sold Havaseas, but I understand coming to the conclusion that you ultimately want something that better suits your needs; we'll probably end up selling our North River for something smaller once we move to Petersburg. I’m a Canuck and haven’t seen these places! But I’m about to! I’m bingeing on this very good channels vids as mandatory education! They’re two years ahead of me! My wife and I are buying our boat this spring (2022) in the Vancouver area. We’ll spend a year getting the boat and us ready and head to Alaska in 2023.

Thank you! I am using LumaFusion on my iPad. It is easy to use and actually kind of fun.
@@havaseas awesome, I'll look into that. I want to start posting videos but trying to teach myself how to edit on the couple I tried is very overwhelming. Theirs a lot to editing!
LumaFusion was very easy to learn and I could take it with me on my iPad. Check out the UA-cam videos on how to use it.
Curious how much you are running your generator. I assume its not all the time due to fuel consumption. Is there a schedule you all have come up with?
We don't usually need to run the generator if we are at a dock with electricity. When we are anchoring, Eric likes to run it in the morning when we get up and at night in the evening. I prefer to bake mid-day so it is a bit of an adjustment.
We never get to see you Kimberly. We see Eric and Distin. We would love to see the 3 of you together, please.
I was going to be like Wilson in Tim Taylor’s Home Improvement. I am a little camera shy cause I am always behind the cameras. I am working on getting me in some shots. May be a couple videos down the line. :)
