@@tusharsharma5237 I believe the Sony ZV1 has unlimited recording limits just make sure to set temps to high in the setting! Tbh, i barely see any difference between the footage. However, the a6400 is sharper than the sony zv1. A6400 has bigger sensor and also actually has 6k sensor and then down sampled. I've been thinking about getting a b-camera for my FX30. And thanks to this video, I think it will be the ZV-1. I did have the ZV-1 before, but, I was limiting myself to one camera at a time. But, having a compact video camera that can capture decent video that I can run and gun with, makes it easier to get footage I may want without having to always worry about lenses, etc. Thanks for a very compelling video.
I love compact cameras. I have two, a RX100 mk1 and Canon G1X mk2 and I want more. The last night I was comparing the pictures at low light from RX100 and my phone (Xiaomi Redmi note 10s) in raw and JPG. They are close, but the old Sony is still noticeable better, so now I want a newer camera, maybe the Canon G5X MK2, I think that with newer back illuminated stacked sensor and better processor the image quality will be a lot better than my old Sony. And the Canon have a crazy good 24-120 f1.8-2.8 lens. There are a lot of very good compact cameras from Canon, Sony and Panasonic.
Hey. I have s23 smartphone. Is worth to buy Sony ZV-1 camera ? I care mainly about photos, not videos. Will I notice such a significant difference in quality (compared to the photos from s23) that it is worth buying the ZV-1? Or maybe you could suggest an alternative small 1-inch compact camera?

Amazing video! I'm currently using the sony ZV-1 for my new channel and I find for Vlogs it's amazing (especially for small UA-camrs) where filming in 1080 is sufficient. Also if you film with a standard stabilisation setting as opposed to active, the stabilisation doesn't crop, albeit it means it isn't great but it's substantially less shaky.

I got mine slightly under $600 new when it's on sale a few days ago. I meant, it's up to you to decide the value of any purchases. For me, the value of this camera is greater the cost, especially when it's on sale.
I got mine for $390 before tax. Keep in mind I have an S5 with a host of quality primes and an anamorphic lens as my main rig. But I still bought this tiny 8 bit camera because yes, size matters that much when you want to just be out and about. It will never come close to the S5 obviously, but I’m telling you guys, that money you spend on the ZV1 is not wasted. It’s not cheap yes I know. But even someone who has a top tier full frame setup… wants this. Take it as a sign that it’s a special and useful camera.
I'm thinking about getting a ZV-1, despite the fact that I already own a Sony a6600 with a Sony 18-135 lens. One reason why is portability - I want something I can throw in my pocket. I could improve the portability of the a6600 by getting a Sony 16-50 kit lens to use instead of the 18-135, but it's not a great performer. The Sony 20mm pancake lens would also work, but again, it's not a great lens. I also like the fact that the ZV-1 appears to have simple controls. In the field, when I'm shooting video, I want controls that are easy to access and don't require me to dive deep into a menu system to find the setting I want. By comparison, smart phones are fiddly when it comes to shooting video on any setting other than 'auto', and the overall ergonomics (given the form factor that smartphones have) aren't great. About the only major drawback I can see with the ZV-1 is that it has a 1" sensor and this may limit dynamic range. But then again, unless you're doing really serious cinematography or videography, and consistently shooting in low-light conditions, dynamic range isn't going to be much of an issue. However, there is no doubt that from the standpoint of image quality and dynamic range, a ZV-1 will outperform even the most advanced smartphone.
start playing this video and you get a finely lit scene as for a romantic dinner conversation. then the presenter begins shouting at you as if he was commenting red socks vs yankees footbal match. what a filmmaking style. on the other hand, everyone is doing it this way nowadays.
And you didn't show a single photo or video, just blah blah blah. Even in your description of the camera, it is incomplete and everything is wonderful, when it is not. Terrible video.
The only thing terrible is this comment. The video is called 7 reasons why it's perfect, it's not called full review of the ZV-1. And like he said, he mentioned in the video that he did a separate video on the image quality. This video was useful to me because I appreciate hearing about a camera from a fellow camera enthusiast. It tells me things I can't read in the manual and I won't see in sample shots. Why is it always people that don't create their own videos that have the most disparaging comments to spew? You've added zero value to anyone with that comment.
This guy understands the weight-size advantage, full frame will not produce better looking images in broad daylight, where iso 100 is all you need. In low light, things are different. I have the ZV-1 and a Canon 6D, i also loved my Olympus EM10 III and between the 3, the Olympus would be the camera to get IF you can obly have one camera. PS In good light and the kit lens on the Olympus, the sony images can look more detailed than the M43 camera because the sony has a very sharp lens.
Been searching for more reasons why I need to buy ZV1, and you just gave me another 7 reasons why I should buy it. Thanks a lot for this. Cheers mate!

Yes! Very good summary of my ideas
start playing this video and you get a finely lit scene as for a romantic dinner conversation. then the presenter begins shouting at you as if he was commenting red socks vs yankees footbal match. what a filmmaking style. on the other hand, everyone is doing it this way nowadays.
What?
Smart phones are digital sharpening, post processing and A LOT of marketing telling you how good they are. MARKETING MARKETING MARKETING.
Did not know Tai Lopez got into doing tech reviews 🤣🤣
Lol
But no viewfinder!
After use dummy battery, it becomes perfect for my UA-cam video. Keep in mind, switch to dummy battery.
i just use battery bank to power for long period of time
650 isn't cheap
compared to other solutions, it's affordable, i guess cheap is a bad use of the word
Subscribed use mine all the time for UA-cam ! 👍😍
Thanks for the sub!
“ I think vlogging is a silly act “
??
I don't vlog in public but I wish I had the courage.
Your soo Handsome!!
Get real.
Meh… zero-1
My iphone 12 does a lot better video. And is not even a camera.
Oh snap!
And you didn't show a single photo or video, just blah blah blah. Even in your description of the camera, it is incomplete and everything is wonderful, when it is not. Terrible video.
i mentioned that i did a full analysis of the picture in a separate video
I pinned a comment with real world examples of me using the ZV-1, please check it out.
Great video, dumb comment.
What a toxic comment... Just subbed as the video was helpful and helped me with my decision to buy it.
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Great vid 🎉
