Normally, I wouldn't recommend naps longer than 20-30 minutes. Too much risk of going into deep sleep and sabotaging your night-time rest. My longest nap track is 35 minutes, and that's already "pushing it" in my opinion... 🙂

Well, 4.5 hours isn't really "enough" but if it's the best you can do with your busy schedule... :)
You might want the "W" track unless you're already jumping out of bed at that point.

Instead of editing your playlist, go directly to the video ua-cam.com/video/go1Q0zcvZb4/v-deo.html and hit the "Save" button, then you should be able to add it to the playlist as many times as you want.
