@@jwesby65I was gonna say an adjustable wrench multi tool, Allen key set, and tire patches are light, reasonably priced, and can take you from broken down to restored in minutes.
In regards to the Bluetooth speaker. One is basically better off by installing a bottle holder on the handlebar, and keeping a round speaker like the JBL Flip 6 in this. No straps to deal with, and it's very quick and easy to bring it into stores and such. I tend to secure it using the tethering that comes in the package, and looping this around the computer or bell on my ebike. Just in case the speaker should fall out of the bottle holder, I have an extra security.
You can get that bike alarm from a different seller with a bike mounting bracket for $2 more. A car will not really hear that little honky sound, for the electronic bell, don't rely on it. Get a car horn/alarm combo for street riding.
I mainly use it to alert people when I'm on the road as the regular bell gets washed out by traffic. Never seen the mounting bracket alarm one as I bought this years ago but I'll take a look thank you
No, you slow down for pedestrians. Louder is not better, it may scare them. Just think.... if you are going fast, sounding your loud horn and they still walk on as normal, you rush past them at frightening speed and they are surprised as you rush past them....because they are deaf! Think of others, not yourself.@@XiaolinDraconis
Yeah its basically automatic. I can never go back to my old Ryobi inflator with the analog gauge on it that you have to squint to see and get an idea where you are. These are definitely so much easier and don't require you watching the gauge
Good stuff. I don't know why they didn't push any marketing toward these little controllers. I had to see 10+ other junk controllers before I even came across these. They're definitely the best option out.
I'll get that added to the list but we both use this helmet linked below. It has a rechargeable light on back of it and even includes a magnetic sunshade attachment. You can use it like sunglasses or for me as a glasses wearer, it came most in handy to keep the water off my lenses so I can ride home and still see fine. amzn.to/3f3DmHi
It just automatically shuts off after some time of not being used. When you want to use it again, you just click it and it automatically wakes up and connects shortly after. I typically get about 6-8 months out of a single battery
I have a 1080 P GPS camera wireless, colorful, Bluetooth speaker, and the phone mount and I have a smart, USB air pump my 🏍️ is the sailnova y pearl white 20.6 mph. I drive it to work back and forth I also have The mini Kryptonite lock, which cost 85 bucks. I have it wrapped around underneath my seat, which is perfect. Nobody can break or cut it. You get what you pay for I would advise that lock on Amazon
Kryptonite definitely makes great quality locks! I looked at them at first but didn't need something as heavy or as heavy duty as those. I don't ride to work or anything like that but for someone that parks and locks up the bike often, spending good money on a lock is definitely worth it! It's a bit silly that some people spend 1k+ on a bike but then complain about spending decent money on a lock to protect it.
@@EricReviews If you want quality you had to pay for it that lot can’t be cut. So the 100 bucks was worth it Exactly and then they wonder why it’s like driving a car with no insurance?
Forgot there even was a diamond level lock. The trade off is those are typically not as portable and around 5lbs and up, but definitely the better option when higher security is needed. Truly as long as you don't have a cheap cable lock, any lock that looks even remotely intimidating should make a drastic difference in reducing the chances of your bike being stolen.
Good stuff! Its a great speaker and is better than any other speaker I own of a comparable size. The Micro 2 is supposed to be a lot better but also cost more. I've been more than happy with my Micro 1 so I haven't felt the need to upgrade
Most lights on Amazon grossly exaggerate the lumen output. Basically gotta take off a 0 when reading the description but then again they sell some lights with 1 billion lumen outputs so really there's no telling how bright a light actually is unless it's from a reputable brand. That light does seem fairly bright but it is not 5,000 lumens. A 5,000 lumen light would be much bigger and much more expensive. Even budget beast brands like sofirn, wurkkos and convoy would charge $50+ for a 5,000 lumen flashlight where as brands like olight, nitecore, lumintop would charge upwards of $150. Last time I bought a bike light from Amazon they claimed it was 1,000 lumens and when I compared it to some of my other lights it's seems closer to 300.
Yeah thats understandable. Too many items including speakers, TVs and other things always highly over exaggerate specs while there are only a few reputable companies in each category that you know are reliable and honest about their specs. With that being said, it may not actually be 5,000 lumens, but its pretty bright and has a great throw distance for the price so I'm happy with it. If I was riding out in the middle of no where or in pitch dark woods often, I'd definitely want something better..but for regular night riding and visibility it does the job and then some.
Wasn't as popular of a thing back when I made this video but definitely a good thing to get, especially if you do the modification to turn off the beeping.
I use everything shown here on almost every ride I go on, but I know we all see things differently so to each their own! As long as you aren't doing anything inconsiderate, I say just enjoy your ride however you see fit.
It's no different from a car playing music while driving by you. I really don't understand why theres so much negativity around speakers on bikes.. hearing someones music for 2 seconds while they pass shouldn't people as much as it does.
Never ever ever ever ever get a folding lock. Please for the love of God highlight my comment so people know better. The reason: I have a shoulder that can't stay in the socket over 5 lbs of pressure, and with just a little twisting, I, a guy with a gimp arm that doesn't even stay in the socket, snapped the whole thing. If you don't believe me, waste your money, buy the lock, attach the lock to your bike, and add some force to it. You will never get your money back but it's better to have wasted the money on the lock than to lose your bike as well.
4:27 The lock Smith guy doesn't HAVE to do a lock picking test on that, they are so easily broken with bare hands that the lock is there for your comfort and naivety.
For 85$ I can buy 7 disc brake alarm lock things and put them all over the tires and get more protection than you will from that thing you call a lock 😂
Why didn't you show everyone you bending it? Did you not even try?! Did you not test your product before posting videos about them?! In reality, you bought an 85$ sheet of paper made of metal. Bend it. Do a review, do it! Show them the reality of your buyer's remorse.
What are YOUR "Must have" accessories you have on your ebike? I'd love to hear em!
A bag with an extra tube and tools to replace tires if needed.
