    We have pretty good trains (LRT & MRT). The buses are completely unreliable, with drivers taking too many unscheduled breaks. The last mile connection is the main issue that needs to be urgently addressed, if the government wants to get cars of the road & ease the congestion during peak hours.

      The buses unlike Singapore, where buses in Malaysia are the operators do not require to meet certain requirements in order for the operator to run their service at that route.

      train we need more line and establish train in populated urban area such as greater ipoh, greater kucing, iskandar puteri and greater penang, remaining train line in Klang vallley should expand more

      That's surprising coz I regularly takes the rapid KL bus and found them to be perfectly reliable. I usually only need to wait 5 to 10 minutes for a bus, though there are times where a bus might ocassionaly take up to 30 minutes to arrive.

    To support public transport, an important basic component of public transport is pedestrian facilities and its comprehensive, comfortable and safe network. Governments also need to plan and implement "Low carbon urban development" which is usually associated with denser urban development to reduce travel distances and encourage walking, cycling and the expansion of public transport systems. The urban planning model in Japan and Europe should also be studied for its suitability compared to the American style that depends on personal vehicles.

    Hope RapidKL can Make it easier to transfer between Ampang Park MRT and LRT. Dont make us walk up to go down again at the same place. Not efficient.

    Truly appreciated for having the women coach in LRT ❤ before that been witnessed even myself got sexual harassment before in the train, the worst I have ever know there was a girl got assaulted by a men left semen on her skirt ! Damnnn. Kesian the girl, lucky the officer there get her clothes changed as she was rushing to work. At first I thought it mights not that effective until I saw certain stations officer will help to chase away those guys who wrongly entered women coach, very good initiative 👍 thank you so much Prasarana for bringing up the awareness.

    I live in Klang, in my 18yrs of staying in my taman, there has been ZERO buses plying my area. LRT3 keepts getting delayed, and the nearest Komuter station is about 15-20minutes *drive* away. Meanwhile, pedestrian walkways ranges from poorly built/maintained to non-existent. How do you expect people to choose public transport??

      Everywhere in the center of KL is walkable-ish. Yeah, our suburb connectivity are still shit. We are thousand miles away from our neighbour Singapore. It is sad really...

      What taman are you living in. If in Klang, Setia Alam, Kota Kemuning and Pandamaran are known to be public transport hellholes.

    I think the Demand Responsive Transit is a step in the right direction for RapidKL, the train service, station and connectivity is pretty decent in Kuala Lumpur, is just getting to and from the station to wherever you are or want to be, a real pain in the ass.

    KTM Komuter tu kalaulah pengurusan and reliable cam train bawah prasarana, more public akan guna. Tapi sayang.

    Hope the Unity government will revolutionize the public transport in Klang Valley. There is a lot more to be done and hope they can do it in the next 10 years.

    Please add train station in Muar 😢. Our bentayan bus station is outdated and the traffic always congested. Im tired of driving around Muar.

    Keep on improving. First Last mile and frequent bus services much needed to help marginalised commuters. Please help thousands of residents of Desa Satumas, Hipster and soon to be completed Desa Sentral and just launched Suria Madani at end of Jalan Desa next to MRT2 lines. The nearest bus stop is 1.2 km served by 30 minutes interval feeder bus and 20 minutes ride when jam. To drive or walk to MRT Kuchai is 5 km. Help!

    Government need to extend LRT Ampang Line from Chan Sow Lin Interchange Station to Gombak Integrated Terminal Station through Jln Tun Abdul Razak, interchange with LRT/MRT Ampang Park Station, and then through to the densed population areas where there are no rail transport network before it ending in Gombak Integrated Terminal Station .

    But Rapid KL still hasn’t improved the bus service in KL! Unreliable busses and bad scheduling, not punctual, cannot guess when the next bus is going to arrive.

      @christinachee7697 fyi...when Bossku took over in office the national debt is on 300b and when he left it's increasing to 600b... approximately 50% of the GDP...now the debt is 1.5 trillion 60% of the GDP....not getting small but getting bigger....how?...just blame najib ma like always

      ⁠@@christinachee7697but our international credit rating during Najib's time was AA- from S&P, Aa3 from Moody's and AA and from Fitch but after Najib those ratings drop significantly to A-, A3 and BBB+ until right now. Who actually destroy the nation?

    Urban centre, I believe, no issue. Perharps, only question of maintenance & upgrading. It's in small towns that's congested that need attention & improvement in public transport..

    boleh ke rapidkl takeover ktm laluan klang ni utk diganti kan kepada lrt/mrt?

      Boleh sebenarnya cumanya kena nego dengan RAC untuk dapatkan aset KTMB untuk laluan Komuter. Stesen dan infrastruktur landasan semua bawah kendalian RAC. Atau RAC boleh jemput Prasarana untuk kendalikan perkhidmatan Komuter bersama-sama dengan KTMB

    Service is now getting bad to worse. Not only the Lrt but the Ktm is so hopeless that even after so many complaints they are yet to improve. I think it is better to replace the racist government who is not capable to fulfill the rakyat complain.

      I think it's better to replace this government with a government that is willing to provide better funding to our public transport instead of spending billions building these highways that only worsened the traffic and spend only like rm1 per month for prasarana and ktmb
