Depending on where you live this card can use 10$ of power per month easy... and that alone is reason to replace it for something more efficient.

Well.. If you are poor.. I've seen these cards go for $20-$25 these days. Nimez drivers probably help.
True, but, as i said, I got an rx 470 for 35 bucks in excellent condition, uses just a 6pin and performs better, the old cards are losing purpose I believe
I have a r9 280x,and im getting a rx 480 8gb for 50€
The problem isn't so much the drivers as the lack of dx12 compatibility. If a game requires DirectX feature set 12.0, it won't launch on GCN1.
lol i was just searching for this cards performance in horizon zero dawn since my rx570 4gb gets muddy textures at all settings unless i run at 720p
Well this would certainly do even worse 😅
I mined so much ethereum on these cards in 2017, paid like $1000 for 12 of them
