All animals? No. I believe God is within and all around us. In creatures plants in air in water in everything. Humans however are only species that are creative and can deliberately create their own reality as we have thoughts and feelings and can control them. Humans are the only species that don’t return to homeostasis after a stressful period therefore destroying cells in their body. An animal chased in wild to be food for another predator like a lion or even a human get stressed only temporarily then go back to homeostasis and calm as soon as the stress is over. Dog spelled backwards is God. And dogs and cats are very unconditionaly loving especially to owners who feed them. They also have a survival instinct and I believe pets are faithful only so they can get fed. Everything is an illusion anyway.
