I see January as planting the seeds of changes you want to make. With all things we change, they can take time, like a plant grows from a seed, then blooms after time. No rush, changes in life can happen at any time.

I am a college professor, so January is usually consumed with starting a new semester and doing a lot of work. It's not the time for new goals, whatever my best intentions, because I don't have the time to consistently devote. I've decided that it's okay to be like nature and hibernate in the winter, rest, repair. Spring and summer are when I feel mentally more alive, motivated, and have time to devote to goals. I'm using February to set up for some bigger goals like getting work done on my house and planning travel. Planning is still making progress! Happy February everyone!

Never feel pressured to wear a full face of makeup for your viewers. We all need a break from that. Sometimes no make-up, pony tail days are the BEST!
hi Hannah, I remember very clearly when I saw one of your videos where you didn't have any make up on and I straight away thought "omg she is so pretty" - not in like you shouldn't wear make up but just as in.. you are naturally very pretty. and then later you talked about how much of a big challenge it is for you to show yourself without make up which just broke my heart. always wanted to tell you, but never did. here you go

I actually loooove you without make up!! I do myself put concealer and a little blush everyday but I stopped anything else and its made me love myself more!

Hanna, don't beat yourself up there is still another 10 months of the year left. Even if you don't achieve your goals this year, there is always next year and so on . You are beautiful inside and out so tell your brain daily you are please don't let the bullies from childhood ruin your life they obviously didn't appreciate the person you are I do know what you probably went through because I was also bullied

So pleased I’m not the only one who’s loving love island this time!! 😂
January is just the worst month, I’m lying in bed listening to the wind howl and rain battering our roof and I have such a nervous feeling in my stomach…we are supposed to be going to California for 3 weeks in a couple of days and I haven’t even packed I feel so nervous with everything that is going on in the world and the weather and I’m thinking we should just stay home as it’s my safe space. After watching your video I’m going to make an effort and give myself a shake and put some nice clothes on and do some skincare. Roll on spring is all I can say 😔

January is summer here in New Zealand and I do find it easier to set goals and start new initiatives, when I was in the UK ( I’m a Pom) I always found September a great time for a fresh start….something about it being linked to the new school year….even though it’s years since I was at school 😂

I’ve come to terms with the fact that my new year really doesn’t start until February. January is such a tough month to get through without adding extra press to be ‘better’ all in one go.
I didn’t put my (almost daily ) pack of biscuits down until the end of January and have only just started getting back to my pre December fitness levels.
Melisole, they look like really good socks as the grip dots are large, smaller dots loose their grippyness over a few washes I find.

Love Island is absolutely not my thing 🤢 However, if someone likes things like that- fair enough. Hannah, I like watching your videos and do remember in the past you mentioned how non-make up makes you self conscious. Now you explain what the likely cause of this is- and yeah, that would make sense. Like many before me, I'll say, that you are so pretty without make up or just with minimal make up, honest! ❤️❤️

Hi! Do you have a cat? How was it introducing Roo and your cat?? I’m looking into getting a dog and am nervous about introducing a puppy to my cats.
She’s my parents cat! But they get on fine, a bit of chasing/barking but nothing bad, cats can stand up for themselves xx

Love that video I could snake some vulnerability on your part probably due to adjusting to being on your own too. Very interesting what you had to say about make up! I’ve recently rejoined the world after 35 years of being housebound and bedbound. Whenever I di have Isidore which was few and far between I always had a full face of make up. Since getting new friends and joining the real world I’ve found I don’t need the amour of make up! I still love to wear it very much but can happily now be seen out without it. So our take on the wearing of it I found fascinating. I am 67 so a lot lot older. Your aesthetic so beautiful without make up. Take care and enjoy being with your parents xx Diane

Hannah we get it that’s you dnt want to appear without makeup but really wdnt matter to any of us but please dnt say you’ve no makeup on when even if you dnt have foundation you have concealer all over as base and had it in already in pj shot. No one will judge you without makeup but people will if you claim you’re not wearing any when you are

You are young and beautiful lady, Hanna. You don't have to use all those cosmetic things, especially Korean creams. You have such a beautiful face. Why? I'm almost sixty, but my face looks clean and smooth. I don't have wrinkles on my face (just a little bit). I started using eye cream after 45th or so. I live in one warm country in South Europe, maybe that is a cause why my face looks so young. In the summer the women here don't wear make up.

Tbh January is on pause for me like for 2 years now. I always wanted everyday to be perfect and produtive, eat healthy and do sports but it never really happened. It was always too much. Like, nobody can change a 100% over night and do EVERYTHING perfect. I finally understood that progress does not depend on perfection 🫶🏼✨
