    Thank you so much this is the first and only method I was able to learn how to do a split ring! I have been trying literally for about 5 years to learn I even bought the book the joy of split ring tatting and couldn't learn but your video is amazing and you made it so simple that I learned the first time I watched this video!! So happy!!

    Hi! Love these videos-I’ve referred so many people to them. Question, other than ‘untatting’, can you do a video on how to clip out mistakes then repair the oops?

      Hi Champa. I am not Georgia. My name is Tamie. I make the videos for Georgia's online classes. All the knowledge here is straight from her classes. She taught me and I have enjoyed learning from her so much I was honored to spread her knowledge in video form for her. Happy Tatting

    It looks like you are flipping all the DS on the 2nd half of the split ring...if so, isn't that different that a regular split ring where you do not flip the stitches on the 2nd half of the split ring? This looks so much easier than a regular split ring...LOL
    Thank you so much Georgia for providing these tutorials!

    HI Georgia, im quite new at tating, trying to understand the pattern FIRST...for a split ring , it says the two halves are separated by / What does / mean?????

    • @georgiaseitzonlinebeginnin9130
      @georgiaseitzonlinebeginnin9130  5 років тому

      that means the rings work is split in half. it will read something like this 3-3/3-3 this says half the work is done on one side the other half is done on the other side of the ring and you will pop out with both threads on the opposite end you started from. Watch the basic split ring video here and it will help you understand better.

    I Georgia I have a problem with my tatting is start to twist to you think I put my stich is to tie?

    • @georgiaseitzonlinebeginnin9130
      @georgiaseitzonlinebeginnin9130  4 роки тому

      you need to drop the shuttle every once and a while and let it hang so it will get the twist out of the thread. Hope that helps. Happy tatting

    thank you 😍 ....just a suggestion please use paper clip as a needle on the 2nd part to prevent crumpling the thread 😍

    Why don't you teach you online class? The girl that teaches the class just goes to fast with her hands.
