Lakeland Linder International Airport which is located in Lakeland Florida between Tampa and Orlando will start service with Avelo in May or June of 2024 with 5 destinations to be determined next spring.Presently there is no commercial passenger service although it is a large cargo hub with Amazon that chose the airport over Tampa International Airport due to more ample space for their operations and it's much easier to get in and out than Tampa and Orlando.
Thank you very much for reviewing Avelo. I live only 1.5hr from ILG and wondered if this would be a good option over BWI, PHL, and MDT. I don't know that I could do the flight to Ft Myers (MCO-BWI on Frontier was about my limit), but they seem to have shorter routes that I would find handy.
I can’t fully say how breeze is but the product I’ve been hearing about is good. They at least have a premium class. As for the others I have flown them and I’d Say spirit, frontier, Allegiant, and Avelo. Avelo last because they only offer water.
What about the luggage fees, etc.? Also, what device did you use to record this video? It's awesome! Great job, Matt!
They range from 50-65 for bags carry on or checked. I also learned they also vary based on your routing. Unique thing they do.
Thank you, great job on this!
Thank you. I appreciate the support
Thanks for sharing this…sure a bit closer for me than Baltimore or Philadelphia!
You’re welcome. I hope it was helpful

Which one is the worst one to the best one? Allegiant or Spirit or Frontier or Avelo or Breeze?

How much did you pay in total? Break it down.
I don’t remember exact breakdown but I know I paid about $80
Base fare was like $60-65
Seat pick was like $15
Bags were like $35 carry on or checked.
