1:22 - 2:48 is the best part for me personally. The entire song starts off eerie, but slowly sounds more fun. In the background, ghostly sound effects are there to remind you of your environment. Then it turns into a short acoustic guitar, hinting off the Flying Dutchman's ship's origins when it was still afloat. A sharp snap back to reality ensues at the very end, reminding you that this is not a playground for your leisure or a time to mess around. You must stay cautious at all times whether it be for the toxic goo at the bottom of the long jumps ahead or Plankton's robots around the corner. Welcome to The Flying Dutchman's Graveyard..
This is an awesome theme for a final non-boss level. The one thing that I hate about it though are those robots with the tar shield. I can never seem to defeat them.
You could also quickly and simply hit it with the bubble bowl to take down the shield I think. If you're lucky, you could also bash another robot against it and the shield is down. (Helpful in that freaking impossible dream level since they will kill you if you use cruise bubble)

You know, I always agreed with this statement, but I could never figure out why. I think you hit the nail on the head, because that's probably the reason why I didn't like it as much as this one.
I wish there were more spatula missions and socks along with levels. It would've been awesome if plankton extended the chum bucket to become a level itself but that's just my thought.
Agreed like their are soo many levels and bosses cut from the actual game because Nickelodeon have the team such a low budget that im surprised its so good. Like did you know glove world was gonna be a level and their was gonna be a robot squidward boss. So many things were cut because Nickelodeon was soo strick with deadline and money. So glad a lot of those cut content is returning in the hd remake.
Probably my most nostalgic childhood game. I remember playing this level for the first time as a kid. I was a huge Spongebob fan, but I'd never seen the Flying Dutchman in the show before, so I was terrified when I first saw him at the start of the level. I thought he was some kind of enemy who would attack me if I got close to him, lol. The atmosphere and music in this level are still creepy to this day. This game is a platforming masterpiece. :)
3 things. 1. NOSTALGIA AT ITS FINEST. 2. Am I the only one who is reminded of the Mann vs Machine theme from this song? Starting from 1:40 And 3. NOSTALGIA!!!!!

This song is amazing! I know the show has always had great music, but I'm stunned by the effort put into the soundtrack of this game and how long and great the loops are. Any other game would have looped the song at the 1:37 mark but instead, the best part of the song is after that.
This game is the best spongebob game ever. The movie game is awesome to but it lacks free roam
You know, I always agreed with this statement, but I could never figure out why. I think you hit the nail on the head, because that's probably the reason why I didn't like it as much as this one.
Well, since it's based on the movie and not a standalone story, of course it's going to be linear...
It was based off of a movie, so it was forced to be linear.
Seleythen Ab koresh I just said that...
Oops. Couldn't see previous replies on my iphone.
Gives me a vibe of the ROBOTS theme in TF2.
Glad it’s finally back after more than a decade :’)
Chum bucket: (throws a single spatula in your face a laughs)
Best track in the game imo
Along with downtown bikini bottom (for me)
Probably my most nostalgic childhood game. :)
Robot ghost pirate ship dock graveyard?
Welcome to robot pirate island

+Lord Juffowup Nah man, you're thinkin of bee boo boo bop boo boo bop

Beep? Boo boo be-bop?
The composer got hired for a Spongebob game and said "Sorry, let me just pop tf off for a moment."
I remember staying up till 2 AM just to finish this level.
10 people were forced to swab the poopdeck 😁
Matthew Gillis 😂😂😂😂😂
Happy Halloween :) Did anyone else check to see the tubelets shooting orange flames?
3 things.
1. NOSTALGIA AT ITS FINEST.
2. Am I the only one who is reminded of the Mann vs Machine theme from this song? Starting from 1:40
And 3. NOSTALGIA!!!!!
I love this soudtrack.
Same, and the downtown bikini bottom one. :)
1:40 is the best part.
I enhanced the sound on phone and put headphones on and put the volume up high and this song sounded much more badass than it already does got me so fuckin pumped up.
