Could someone explain to me, what 30m "registered" accounts mean? I presume that does not mean active players?

Account that are registered, that have at least the starter edition of ff14.

its a useless number, WoW has over 100m registered accounts, that means nothing. They should just tell us the amount of daily players, which should be around 2m.
