A2681 M2 MacBook Air Liquid Damage, no display,

Today we have a MacBook Air M2 model A2681 with liquid damage. It's still working, the only complaint is there is no display. This is a rather newer machine with a very different look for the MacBooks we are used to. In this video I will go over some of what looks the same and what's different and hopefully get this fixed.

You can clean the tip from all corrosion with ZnCl2 (zinc chloride) solution in water
what is locked to the motherboard in M2 MacBook's, beside screen, touch ID cable, wifi chip, SSD, trackpad ??
How much do you charge for this job ?

Thank you for the stream Paul. That second board, you summed it up well: "Gross." I concur with you that those resistor values are odd ball. The E12 values are easy to work with but you get away from that and they are not on the shelf. Usually not able to catch the live stream but I still watch. Nice work as always.

Yeah, my heart belongs to the m1/m2 Air. Best value for the MacOS ecosystem on the go. Not very water resistant but that's ok, we have people like you to fix our mistakes 😂💸
