Oiginal, thanks for sharing this recipe. I note you put salt in the Aflata. Please why did you put more salt at the stage when its wrapped in the corn husk. Any particular reason please?
She kept adding hot water to keep it cooking so to not loose it's saltiness she added more salt I guess that must be the reason.....
