You are unnecessarily upbeat and perky. I love it.
my favorite machine is my machine because I have it already and don't have to find or buy it. Thanks for the video!
Woohoo!!! Happy sewing.
I am swiss, so I had to buy a bernina machine 😅 btw, I love that light pink blouse at the end!
Thank you for this! As a person who often goes to thirft shops and wonder if I can turn women's scarfs into pocket squares this was helpful.
Your Welcome!
I literally looked at my mom's scarf and thought "i can make a pocket square out of this" lol

I am trying to learn how to sew. I figured that starting with pocket squares and napkins where the starting point.
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Thus was very helpful and she reminds me alot of Dora 😆 🤣
Ha. Thank you 😊
Can you show how you folded the corner and sew it?
what fabric is that? and what other fabrics that we can possibly use to make a pocket square?
Most commonly : silk, cotton, linen... Synthetics don't look quite good (and stiff too)
Great video! What is the name of the chalk marker
I believe I was using the quilting chalk pen that is refillable.
@@SewAnastasia what brand or name?
@SewAnastasia does the square have to be that large? It seems like that is a lot. I’m not a professional, so forgive my lack of information.
poeticlyricaldancer I thought the same thing
A standard pocket square is 10x10 but it can go all the way up to a 17x17
Yes. Smaller squares tend to be saved for stiffer materials that could deform the jacket if they were too large. For silk and linen the larger square allows for more options when folding and thus a man can choose any design he wants to create. The one she made is actually quite small. A traditional, linen pocket square should be 17-19 inches.
@@Az-yp8fs linen and cotton should almost always be smaller than silk. Why? They have more friction and cause more bunching. So you'd want less material for that matter. Silk should be 17 inches
Need and thread.
chef souffle huh ?

I don't owe a sowing machine, so if I have a repair or and making something I use needle and thread.
Or my seamstress down the road from me if it's a lot of repairs.
Only reason for no sowing machine is due to space.
