I'm Korean and I'm glad your family loves Korean beef! I'd say your recipe is on the right track, I'd say we usually sprinkle sesame at the end than adding to the sauce. We don't use red pepper flakes either, probably some kind of ground chilli instead. But after all, it's your preference! 👍

Last week I tried Classico alfredo for the first time. I will use it again. Bowtie (2/3 box) pasta, a cup of chopped frozen broccoli, and some chicken (2 chicken strips cut up)... it was great.

I love browsing back through your videos when I find myself needing inspiration and this one was just what I needed today. Just over an hour in the kitchen and I had tonight’s dinner on the table and the freezer stocked with yummy meals for my family while I’m away next week (I taste tested and these recipes did not disappoint)! My daughter will appreciate her Dad not just feeding her different versions of tacos all week! 😂

Hey Christine - amazing job as always - these recipes look fab! My household is vegetarian and I can still see all these working with protein alternatives 👍😊. Quick tip in case it’s useful - if you’re using a jar of sauce and adding liquid to the mix after, put the liquid (eg milk in the Alfredo recipe) in the jar after you’ve emptied out the sauce and give it a shake or swish and you get more of the sauce out of the jar ☺️. Keep up the good work and have a safe and fun trip 👍

Hey Christine! I just wanted thank you so much for the differences you’ve made in my thought processes, in the way I manage my finances, and in my life. I could not use your link for Ibotta because a few years ago, I’d downloaded and signed up, but then I never got in the habit of using it. So, I used it this past week for my shopping. I checked for things that we could get money back on and made a Walmart pick up order. I got 28 dollars back!!!
Now that I know how to store and organize my pantry, thanks to you, I even found the space for 12 boxes of Kraft Velveeta and Shells, 3 bottles of Tequila, and 5 Cadbury bars. I mention these items because I’m a diabetic who doesn’t drink so these will likely stay in my pantry for a very long time. BUT I GOT 28 DOLLARS BACK!
I guess I really didn’t need to buy just to get money back. I could have just not spent the money in the first place.
But I think I missed that video 😊
Thanks Christine for all of the fun, recipes and info. I'm going to try the 25.2% ingredient loss next.

Christine: Thank you so much for the simple recipies! When u showed the Korean beef one I got excited because I knew I had all those ingredients sitting in my pantry/freezer! I ran to pull out some ground beef and then waited around for dinner. It was so simple and easy and fast. I absolutely loathe dinner time and have lots of allergies and sensitivity issues and this dish was a winner all around, even with my four kids under 10. Next time I make it, I want to add some green onion and serve it in a lettuce wrap with the rice too! thank you thank you!

I need to make up some of these meals for us to have on hand.
My fave quick freezer recipes are few. I like to use leftover pot roast to make shepherd's pie for the freezer.
cooked chicken and rice, veg, and cream of chicken soup for chicken'n'rice casserole.
Or leftover pot roast beef and veg soup. I freeze that sometimes.
I have made your chicken/ham/broccoli casserole for the freezer and it was yum. I'm going to stretch out the meat more with extra pasta and veg in that one.

Frugal tip, when using a jarred sauce if you're adding liquid to your recipe put a little in the emptied sauce jar, put the lid on & give it a good shake then dump it into your sauce pot. This gets the rest of the sauce stuck in the jar so you don't need to dirty a scraper & nothing goes to waste. If it's red sauce you can use a little of the pasta water which will help your sauce stick to your pasta.

Wants family to have something other than tacos, makes taco pasta. 😂🌮🍝 Sounds like something I'd do.
