Why is someone who buys used Lego and resells them a scammer? Now, if they are selling counterfeit Lego than yes. Why fault someone making a living on a free market system selling items that people are looking for?
Hi Christopher, it is nothing like that. It’s fine to interpret what I said in your own way, but it’s misleading. There are practices that sellers use which deceive buyers into buying used LEGO lots without disclosing that mini figures have been removed from the collection. It’s left out of the description because many buyers move on if they see that. Sometimes a used lot is stripped of all the best figs, and then they throw a few minifigs on top for the pictures. So somebody might get 5 minifigures in a 35lb lot. This is just one example of something buyers should be aware of. There are so many deceiving practices to be cautious of ordering online, people should sharpen their focus when making used LEGO purchases. Btw, I buy used LEGO and resell it, so... Honest descriptions lead to positive reviews.
