Soulmates are real. Romantic and platonic. Theyre soulmates for sure. They share such a beautiful friendship ive never seen before everything sam had done for colby is something not just anyone would do for someone. Only a person who truly loves you and cares for you will do something like that for you during a devestating time.

I remember a few years ago my cousin died of type four cancer. she was only 6 years old and my best friend. we were only a few months apart. the last time i saw her we went for a walk with my family and she was in a wagon being pushed my all of us. she looked so dead and slim. i almost burst out crying. she died a month or so after that. we still celebrate her birthday and bring her presents. my family and i went to disney land with custom made shirts from my mom. we made one for my cousin. it was hard to believe that my best friend was now gone. i still remember every moment i had this her. you can and will beat this colby. i believe in you.

My grandmother currently has stage 4 lung cancer. It’s been quite hard. Months ago she had 2 heart attacks and was in and out of the hospital for months. Everyone thought she was going to die. She was in and out of consciousness multiple times a day. She has been doing radiation everyday for the month of march and is going to do her single chemo round next week. She has been so strong through this and this story has made me feel so much better about her situation. Thank you Colby, and congratulations on being 1 year cancer free!

I'm so glad he had great supporting family and friends. I absolutely understand having to choose a plan of action and vanity getting in the way; like it's stupid and superficial, but vanity has been the hardest for me about my illness, and I hate it. I'm so glad that he was able to do what's right for him, and I hope he continues to get and stay well.

The part with everyone saying they’ll be there for you. Brought tears to my eyes. My dad, he has stage 4 Cancer. Ever since he’s been a teen/child and he still has it. But there has been a bunch of medical issues in my family. And I’ve had heart problems and nephrotic syndrome since age 5-6. And you can do this Colby. We love you and we appreciate you. ❤ :)

To be honest that's one of my biggest fears, my grandma lost 40% of her ear to cancer, my nanny passed from throat cancer, and my grandpa P passed before they could treat his colon cancer, my grandpa Mc passed away from heart and stroke disease 😢 I'm so happy to hear that it all worked out for you in the end also you should watch a Canadian movie called Fubar a character in the movie goes through the same thing but in a comedic way 😉

I know I am a little late to this channel but I am so glad I found these guys. This video has meant so much to me. He is so right when saying that just about everyone has to deal with cancer or someone with cancer. In 2007, my dad passed away from cancer when I was 2 1/2 years old. It was obviously such a big impact on the family but he was such a fighter during his journey! I will always support cancer awareness for the rest of my life! Love you guys so much!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

My grandmother had cancer. I dont remember what type it was, but I knew that it wasn't getting better with each day. Each passing hour scared me, i was terrified of losing her. And I did. I still miss her everyday, watching this video has never brought me to tears faster than any other video. My Nan had died in 2020, around the time my mental health began dropping. You guys saved me more than ever. Even if I know this will never bee seen by either of you, I still have so much to say. When I started watching you guys, you were still in the exploring abandoned places and traphouse era. Seeing you talk about how much Sam meant to you, it absolutely broke my heart. You guys are so adorable and seeing your guy's account grow over the years has been the best. Knowing I could care about two people I never even met makes me happy. It reminds me Im not alone and other people feel the same.

Good morning Colby....I've only recently discovered your channel and am enjoying it immensely. Then I discovered this video chronicling your fight with cancer. I can somewhat relate having had to deal with Chron's for almost ten years...the infusions, the pain, etc. I compliment you on your resolve in fighting the cancer and coming through the experience successfully...I know with absolute certainty that it is too easy to fall into a dark place and be consumed by it, but you didn't, and that is a remarkable and noteworthy thing. You are also very fortunate to have a friend like Sam...It is indeed a rare person who would put their life on hold to help you the way he did. I've rambled enough, I think; I'm going to go browse your other videos. Best of luck in the future, and take care of each other.

cancer took so many amazing people from us. i had stage three sarcoma cancer, at eleven. my chances of beating it, because of my small immune system, were slim to none. it gladly had only effected my lungs, removed by surgery. doctors say there is no reason for me to be alive. im so so sorry, colby. you deserve no sickness, nor illness.

Sadly, my family has lost many loved ones to cancer, so when I see or hear a success story, I root and cheer just as I had with my loved ones. My heart breaks with every loss and I have a happy cry when someone wins. You have an amazing BF and such wonderful support. Keep on keeping on and FU*K CANCER! 💕
