@@milla8032 there's a theory that a lot of ghosts/entities feel kind of intimidated around colby due to his energy/aura and therefore dont really mess with him as much as they do to sam which allows him to seem more okay in haunted places

I have a theory. Towards the end of the video when Sam and Colby where asking the oculus questions they ask "Do you plan on hurting tommy and jack?" They then say "if it says yes we should go get them." so what if the spirt lied when the oculus said "no", because tommy saw the silhouette and heard a hiss and that makes me wonder what would of happened if they staid any longer.

I think it's important to remember that paganism isn't satanism nor is it one religion. Most if not all religions, including Christianity, have included some kind of animal or human sacrifices and demonising one type of religion is part of what lead to witch hunts and such. Most pagans nowadays (and through the times) are nature centric and peaceful.
