@@robert-herjavec my favorite also because of your humanity. You're not cocky or arrogant or rude and how you get emotional about your father makes me emotional. I was raised by my grandmother and her father and I didn't get the fancy upbringing at all, zero! We were beyond poor and never had luxuries but I got lifelong lessons from a man who never went to school or could write but instead he worked his tail off and raised 5 kids, 3 of which have college degrees. He was born in 1913 and lived everything we read about. The depression and wars and EVERYTHING and he taught me so much. I could have loved in pity but instead I always believed I can do anything. After I graduated HS I was homeless and sleeping under a bridge but never quit trying, 7 years later I bought my first house, was married,2 paid off corvettes in the garage and owned my own business. Now that I'm a single father I'm teaching my daughter the same life lessons. Yes I could have just lived in a pity party because of my childhood but I decided to change the family cycle. Now I'm 40 on disability with a rare incurable disease and been raising my daughter her entire life but even with that I do not let it get me down!
So when I watch you speak on the show I can see and feel the humanity and humility in you. I think you're an amazing person and thank you for not letting wealth get to your head!
I’ve started multiple businesses as a result of Shark Tank and unfortunately I’ve failed multiple times. Fortunate and blessed to say that I finally got it right and in 90 days my partners and I will close on a multimillion deal. Thank you and the other sharks for the inspiration and crash course in business and entrepreneurship!!

Robert, Im 20 years in a software business, but never heard about shark tank. around 3 month ago youtube gave me a hint to watch one, i loved it so much so I watched more than 100 episodes already. grear job. my favorite episode so far is with minuscall guys, i really laughed. please keep doing. Sometime i also watch it with my 7 years old son, he dont speak english but like the spirit of the show

Robert, you’re my favorite shark on the show. Your smile and kindness are infectious. Although I must say I’m not a big fan of some of your comments relating to your wealth. The Emmy, the beautiful trailer that you “never spend any time in” the most expensive car of all the sharks. This all came after the question regarding who the richest shark was, being Mark. You as does everyone watching this knows your abundance of wealth, I think it shows more class to not emphasize the materialistic items you own, in an attempt to makeup for not being announced as the richest shark.

It's a show about talent, ideals, hope, dreams, ingenuity, risk, reward, failure, and success. And more. And it wouldn't work if no one liked the Sharks. The Sharks are often tough on people but also show a lot of empathy and give a lot of encouragement - even for many who don't get a deal. So much positivity. I think one of the things that makes the show hugely successful is definitely the personality of the Sharks.
Robert is definitely the most optimistic shark. He always has a smile on his face
Shark tank is a great show. They dont tell you not every deal goes through. After the show, they look at the company books. Sometimes they cant come to a final deal.
A few peeple said they were scammed by the show deals.

I would say the big reward is in how many people you made successful in life and not how much you individually made as you didn't need it in the first place. Love the video Robert. While everyone starts in different places, there are very few (if any) successful people I've met who haven't worked their ass off and made the sacrifices others are unwilling to. There's always that common denominator that separates the people who say they want to be successful and the ones who talk less and actually make it happen.

As an avid watcher and fan of the show, i love all the sharks, but will miss Mark going forward and i think the crew will too, but happy to know that he wants to spend it with his wonderful family .
The one thing that people give less credit to the sharks is their human side in all of the numbers game, i remember many a times where they gave chances to many hardworking honest entrepreneurs !!
Amazing insight into the behind the scenes. I’m Canadian from Toronto originally, grew up watching dragons den on CBC, then Shark Tank US. Was once onboard the same LH aircraft with Robert from Frankfurt to YYZ. With a fellow passenger we joked as we were boarding and spotted him we should gather all the business ideas and pass them up to business during the 7 hr flight 🤣😂 400 people, imagine then coming up two by two 😊

So everybody is making the "Barbara - I'm out" jokes, but Daymond is actually the one who's has the least deals lol
Well, maybe because she's dishonest about the reasons behind not investing in those deals? She makes the most ridiculous comments and understands very little about most businesses and then makes it sound like it's the entrepreneur's fault she hasn't invested? How about just laying it down as it is and saying I only invest in deals where I like the entrepreneur and in the range of 70k-150k and, for that reason, I'm out.
Barbara does a lot of deals but her 'I'm out' is the most memorable I guess.
