This actually is the same for gym and excercise, everyone is asking big dudes how many times a day they eat, if they take creatin, how many grams of proteins per day and, ultimately, in front of umbelievable results, if they take steroids. Truth is that first they do the basics: they train 5-6 times per week consistently, while other people simply do 2-3 per week inconsistently. Big dudes just do the basics right.
