    I built a home gym about 2 years ago and have swore id never go to a public gym again because theyre a joke but if i lived close to Matts gym id go back to a public gym for sure. Meaning his gym.

    Great video as always Matt...if folks are a tiny bit handy...you can make a great sled from a tire...that's how I made mine...worn out the sidewall on the first tire so on to the second one...also experiment with size of tire though as the friction difference is significant between sizes...tire shops give old ones away for free...

    I know the video is a year old but fingers crossed I'll still get an answer.... Who makes that sled? It's very simple looking with no bells or whistles! I'm getting ready to make a tire sled here this morning for myself and my 13 and 15 year old boys. Just looking ahead for a simple sled and a Christmas present.

      @@WenningStrength I would agree with you more putting heel to floor will help hamstrings/glutes fire better no.. as opposed to on ball of foot

    I did that tricep exercise the other day for the first time. They were sore about 3 days haha i think i pushed it too hard. It hurt so good though

      He is just using a standard tow strap. I had never used just a tow strap before training with him. I like it and it works.
