I used to participate in the Blue Peter 'Bring and Buy Sales', so push bikes could be bought for villagers in the poorer parts of Africa. The Africans have really upped their game now, as a big percentage of the cars stolen off of the streets in the UK end up in Africa, being shipped over there in containers from places like the Port of Tilbury, Essex. A few weeks ago, Customs Officers found four cars in one container!
