1 MONTH UPDATE after Hernia Surgery

After 4 weeks having inguinal hernias surgery at Shouldice Hospital, I recap and highlight the progress of my walking, incision site and workouts.
Hopefully my series of progress videos reduces the anxiety to know what to expect with hernia surgery.
Icing works wonders for the swelling and pain. I would recommend icing 20 min every hour and especially after walking or exercise. These ice packs are the perfect size.
