This series is really cool, it’s called RWBY! If you can’t react to the entire thing just react to the trailers RED, WHITE, BLACK & YELLOW. I personally only enjoyed the show until volume/season 3, but you might enjoy the entire thing idk (also try not to associate yourself with the FNDM/fandom much, they can be toxic(not all of them tho), so just watch the show)

I was a 1/6 Marine from '77-'83 and I really enjoy RWBY. The first couple volumes are low budget because at the time they didn't have a lot of money to throw into it. But by the third volume the visuals started to improve greatly. Definitely watch the other three trailers IN ORDER. White, Black, and last Yellow. And a side note, the singer, Casey Lee Williams was only 14 at the time of singing the songs in the trailers and first volume. Her father Jeff Williams wrote, composed, and plays some of the instruments for the show. Hope you enjoy it as much as I do, Semper Fi.

It's kinda funny seeing the characters in their pre-show designs. Ruby seemed so somber and serious there. And the Grim didn't have the masks or any markings back then. And the Moon was still a whole moon, and not shattered.

The show's characters have been in other games as playable characters with Blazblue (pronounced Blaze Blue): Cross-Tag Battle being a prime example. Also do watch the White, Black, and Yellow Trailers in that order before starting off with Volume 1 Chapter 1. The reason that it is called Volume and Chapter instead of Season and Episode is due to the fact that a majority of the "episodes" don't reach the time length for it to be called as such. It is wonderful regardless and the animation improves as you continue to watch Volume after Volume. It is currently in the midst of its Seventh Volume.

Small animated shorts that explain lore. 1 book that follows the events after V3. 1 "Canon" game called Grimm Eclipse. 4 manga about the 4 main characters and a DC comic that is also ongoing. The animation starts off looking unpolished but fight choreography is fantastic and always continues to be better. Monty Oum did unfortunately pass and was only able to work up to part of V3. I've been a huge fan of the show ever since this trailer came out so any questions you have I should be able to answer.

It's an American-made Anime, but back when it first came out, people on Crunchyroll were demanding they put up the "original Japanese with subs" (in max ironic twist, it has now been officially _dubbed_ into Japanese). Some people will try to say it starts out "bad" but gets good later. Don't listen to them; it starts out good and gets better. Also, the Red trailer was done solo by Monty as a concept piece to get the show made. They had a bit of a shoestring budget and limited staff in first season (which is why some people complain about quality) but they consistently improved from there.
Rooster teeth actually won’t copyright strike anything. Maybe some music from the openings but even that would be cleared up. They like people spreading RWBY

Just check their guidelines if you have questions, they have them posted on their website, just due to the amount of reactors for the series. The other 3 trailers are JUST as good (if not better for some) than the Red trailer. So check out "White", "Black", and then "Yellow". Spoilers can get pretty bad, so best to guard yourself against comments, thumbnails, and other fan videos. The FNDM typically enjoys new reactors, so if you make RWBY a regular series, then you might have the fans come on in to see if you enjoy the series or not. If you don't, then that is okay too. But even that gets lazy as hell later on. I will give that the animation started out a bit stiff upon the switch to the new engine, but those have improved significantly and are well above what they could've done with the old software by now. And while there has been some issues with the pacing during 4 and 5, most of that was more about the episodic nature of the show, where you had to wait for an entire week for a new episode. Both volumes are way better when binged. And i wouldn't say that any of the seasons were anywhere near just being melodrama, as you put it, and no, not the first either. You give the fandom too much credit in their influence on the show. Way too much.

Lmfao don't lie. Seasons 1 - 2 were good. Season 3 was okay. Seasons 4 and 5 were fucking trash. I couldnt even bother watching 6

@@MiudmonDice You can enjoy what you want. But the show is objectively bad. From pacing, to dialogue, to even the stiff animation that came after they switched to new software. And if she's allowed to sing its praises why am I not allowed to object?
@@MiudmonDice Like that's disregarding the fact that the first season is literally just melodrama.
The only real saving grace of the show is some of the fight choreography. But even that gets lazy as hell later on.
And the problem is because Nobody has told Roosterteeth to stop listening to their annoying crybaby fandom that demands really REALLY stupid changes that no human would ever actually do within continuity.

You can't say that something is OBJECTIVELY bad based on your own opinions. I will give that the animation started out a bit stiff upon the switch to the new engine, but those have improved significantly and are well above what they could've done with the old software by now. And while there has been some issues with the pacing during 4 and 5, most of that was more about the episodic nature of the show, where you had to wait for an entire week for a new episode. Both volumes are way better when binged. And i wouldn't say that any of the seasons were anywhere near just being melodrama, as you put it, and no, not the first either.
You give the fandom too much credit in their influence on the show. Way too much.
